My meal and service were both outstanding. For an appetizer, I had the grilled artichoke which was probably the best artichoke I have ever eaten, bar none. The carbonara was very good -- everyone at the table was bragging about their food as well. The wine selection was what you would expect at an Emerson restraurant. Top shelf. We got there early -- I'm glad, because apparently half of Jackson knows how great the place is now.

We enjoyed our visit the other day. Nice place and friendly staff. Food was amazing! Had Charcuterie with Cheese. They cure their own meats and cheese are fresh farm local. Worth every penny! Husband had the Pappardelle Bolognese. They make their own pasta! It was very good, kinda wanted to steal my husband’s dish lol. I had the PM Parmesan Burger. It did not disappoint! Perfectly cooked burger topped with fried mozzarella, then fried eggplant, then caramelized onions, tomato sauce and a basil aioli. It was sooo yummy!! Husband had a raspberry, blueberry and blackberry cobbler served warm with ice cream. I had 1 spoon, very fresh and very good. Looking forward to going back!

This was my first time to eat at Parlor Market. I took my mom there tonight to celebrate her birthday and was cautiously excited. Good heavens it was good! We really splurged since it was her birthday. Started with the chicken livers on a bed of pimento and cheese and brussels sprouts with bacon. Highly recommend both. This could have been our meal. It was not though. We continued! We then had the pork chop. Never have I ever had a pork chop that thick and well cooked. Unbelievable!! Wrapped up with lemon meringue tart that melted in our mouths. Very cozy atmosphere. Cool music and excellent service. Will absolutely return on my next visit to Jackson! Thank you!

The Parlor Market is by far the best restaurant in Jackson. Atmosphere, staff, drinks and the food is outstanding. I found myself saying "mmm" after every bite. Can't wait to return again.

Dropped in last night to check out the new menu items. Ended up with the Chef's 5 Course Tasting, and it did not not disappoint! I'm super excited about the changes and can't wait to get back and try everything else.

I was excited to try this place after the front desk at the Marriott recommended them. Very beautiful restaurant ! I ordered the Bolognese Classico. It was absolutely delicious. Pasta was cooked perfectly and the sauce was flavorful and seasoned well. I can’t wait to come back and try another dish.

#1 Elegant dinner spot! Special occasion made more memorable by your staffs excellent care! Chef Chaz knocked it out of the park!! Best pastas in Jackson! Appetizers of meat balls, calamari and polenta fritters were amazing!! Every enteee was delicious!!

We celebrated our son's birthday at Parlor Market tonight. Vincent was our server, and he was WONDERFUL. It was extremely busy for a Monday, but our group of 7 was given lots of attention. The food was excellent and was prepared promptly and served hot. I highly recommend this restaurant.

Wow! What a great experience we had in hosting our son's rehearsal dinner with Parlor Market. It was held in their gorgeous private room, 'Albert's', a few doors down from the restaurant. From the start, we had superb communication with great listening--making our event what we wanted (not what they wanted). I love how they manage to 'yes' and are customer driven. The food was exquisite. The service was impeccable. I can not rave enough about the attention to detail in food preparation/presentation, graciously kind service and an overall level of excellence in hospitality. Thank you Parlor Market for making our evening so very special! We especially thank chefs Joe and Robert and our incredible team of Taylor, David, Jennifer, Mackenzie, Vince and Matti. You were all superb and we loved working with you.

Fantastic meal with great service by Lloyd. Enjoyed the Caesar salad , grouper special with lobster risotto and carrot cake special with house made ice cream. Among our top meals anywhere anytime.

Wow. Where do I start? The menu is impressive in its complexity yet small enough to be manageable. Bartender (Matt) is extremely talented and personable. Cocktails are creative and pleasant. Wait staff are friendly and attentive. Food was amazing. The halibut I ordered fell apart in my mouth and was cooked to perfection. Exquisite sides and sauces served with it. Wonderful experience. Highly recommend. 10 stars out of 5.

Delicious food. Ate here 2 years ago and remembered delicious cornbread which sadly they didn't have. The fried oyster salad and redfish were really tasty. Service was much better than last time.

Wish I could give 10 stars! Fabulous food and fabulous service. Had steak and really cannot say enough about how good the food was. Also had a house salad to start (sorry, forgot to take pic), which was great (and I am picky about greens, etc.). Highly recommended! Much love from Austin, Texas+

Loved this place. The chef was incredibly accommodating, and despite my many dietary limitations, the food was absolutely delicious. The bartender was very friendly and the host, Cornelius, was great!

Food was nice. The eggplant fries were a treat, and the triple tail was tasty. Good wine selection.
