I’ve never had a bad meal, been eating there ever since they opened on State St. they have the best Philly cheesesteak in town. 👍🏻

Was there last Sunday to pick up a super bowl order. Some how they got my name wrong on the ticket and couldn't find my order. A guy from the back (Tony) noticed I'd been standing there a while and came to help me. Well my order had been sitting there the whole time. He made me a fresh order and gave me my other order as well. He was very professional and apologetic about the mishap. He really put me at ease about the whole situation. He really made me a customer for life. Oh yea, its still the best pizza in town. Thanks Tony!!!
Great food, they make you feel at home. I attend the pokemon meet and greets every month, that has been such a great idea.
First time having pizza from here! We were visiting from Dallas and decided to try the Pizza Shack. It was beyond delicious. Pizza so good you end up eating the whole slice, crust included; I've never eaten the crust before. Looking forward to making a trip back to Jackson just to have this pizza again!!!
I was told to try The Pizza Shack and I'm glad I did. I called in my order and was told 25 minutes, which is reasonable time during busy hours. I was there to pick up a little early and the pizzas where being put in the window as I spoke to the two young ladies, who were very friendly and nice. And both practiced great manners towards the covic pandemic . And best pizza I've had in a very long time . And I've been all over the country. Price was very fair. If I had to complain about anything parking is a little confusing for a first timer. But the pizza and service makes up for that. &*that was what is left and we are stuffed
I was leading a trip of 40 students from out of town and we couldn't make our dinner plans. The Pizza Shack really came to the rescue and made a large order quickly and the food was delicious. I would recommend the Pizza Shack any day. Thank you so much!
Delicious pizza!!! The cheese sticks were great too! Service was okay, they were nice but noticeably flustered. They were super busy so it’s a good problem to have. Price was pretty good and they had a lot of options. We’ll take the wait for the food we got, it was very good! Highly recommended!!!
