Tonight I must say the crew at Popeyes on Clinton Boulevard in Jackson Mississippi made my night the customer service was excellent even though I didn’t have my order together she stay patient with me once I ordered my food and receive it everything was fresh and it was exactly what I ordered nothin

These people are so incompetent it’s ridiculous. There’s no way I just sat in that drive thru 30 minutes for a two can dine and still didn’t receive my entire order correctly. Just lost for words . Get to the window and the lady asked me what did I order? Throw the whole Popeyes away!!

Food is always fresh and hot when I order it. The line is usually a bit of a wait but like I said the food is always fresh and hot!

Tonight was a rainy night. No one came to the speaker while i sat with my window cracked waiting for someone to ask me to place my order. Got to the window and the cashier got an attitude because i didnt wait and continue to get rained on at the speaker. Had a coupon for 14pc 2 large sides 7 biscuts
