When you sell as many salads as this establishment sells and you charge 10 or 11 dollars each, I don't know how its possible to NOT have fresh lettuce every single time. If they cared enough to use fresh lettuce this would be easily a 5 star rating.

Usually a good dining experience, but I'd say they are inconsistent. They seem to often be out of at least one ingredient or dressing, even early in the day. Boggles the mind. Staff is fine, not overly friendly or otherwise. Menu has a nice selection and the food is good.

I really enjoy their salads, especially the VIVA MEXICO, but they are often out of certain ingredients which is disappointing when you are craving a specific salad. They are also a bit pricey. I also read a disturbing Health Department inspection report so am hesitant to return.
