It is 6:22 PM Tuesday, June 21, 2022 and whoever the manager and his crew are at this time—are excellent! So controlled and calm, and food was awesome! The fryer was accidentally turned off I’ve heard them have to tell people repeatedly they cannot serve potatoes or any fried items and handled replacements for items that had already been ordered very professionally. Best experience I’ve had at fast food place in a long time! Thanks!

I went to this location at 11:40 last night 20 minutes before close spoke Russian to a man working the drive through he didn’t understand but told me 3 people were working and they had a not great day. Despite that excellent service was provided. When asked for extra Diablo sauce I was given so. To the three working last night thank you for being kind. Will definitely return.

Normally I give fast food restaurants 3 or 4 stars depending on the service but since we were the only customers they actually provided table service. I'm pretty sure it was the manager who brought out our food, checked on us throughout the meal and even offered to clear our table. Above and beyond, so thanks!

The weekday afternoon "order taker" at the first window....Marcellus!!! Always so polite, detailed and efficient. I have no problem saying "yes" to rounding up with a donation when the people you're interacting with are so wonderful. Thank you for always being so great!!

Ok so I had originally went somewhere else and I love that restaurant but hate that particular one. They had told me they were only taking cash so I ran across the street to get cash I came back and they wouldn’t answer there freaking drive through. Anyways back to Taco Bell. They took my order which was for 4 adults. It was $34 I pull up to the window to pay. And they proceeded to tell me that they were out of beef so they said they could either cancel the order or make everything steak. Well considering what had happened before I naturally said just make them all steak. The upgrade was on the house of course. But they were super apologetic and nice. There was 2 problems though. 1) I was missing 2 items. A taco and a bean burrito. And 2) I didn’t really care for the steak. Which wouldn’t have been an issue but the bean burrito was mine. And I didn’t get it. And I didn’t know this till I got home which I live 40mins away. And no I didn’t call them. So I’m sorry I didn’t say anything to them. But they were wonderful in the way they handled the situation.
