Well gave a good review 3 months ago, but taking it back. Went to Taco bell/kfc, ordered 2 craving boxes and a chicken sandwich the order was taken at 8:33pm. didn't get my order until 9:05pm. There were plenty crew members doing nothing. The boy on the front line had to go back and finish my order
Not what I expected after visiting some of the fast food joints around here. The food was good it wasn't sub par. The customer service at the window could use some help with manners and polite nice or it would be 5* instead of 4*

Bought a KFC chicken sandwich (in Jackson) and bit into a huge bone. HOW does this happen? Had to wait in the drive-thru for over 15 minutes behind ONE car to receive a refund. I was offered another sandwich, that I politely declined. Smh
They need to change web site to slow fast food. Takes 15 to 20 minutes. They don't know how to multi task.
They were friendly but I ordered a chalupa and it was kind of hard, but I ate it. They didn't give napkins so make sure to ask for them. The prices have went up on everything.
