There wasn’t a wait on Friday. The waiter was friendly and attentive. I didn’t wait too long for the food to be ready. The filet mignon was very tender, the loaded mash potatoes was flavorful and the asparagus was cooked to perfection. Had a great lunch.
If I could give this restaurant zero stars I would. My husband and I came here on the sixth. To start, our waitress was awful. In the middle of introducing herself, she picked up her tip from the table behind us and started counting it. As we ordered, she did not acknowledge that we were ordering.
This particular location is exceptional in food quality and service in comparison to other locations throughout Jacksonville. Omg!! It’s really sad that you can't get a good dinner out. We had the blooming onion which was greasy an not very warm. Order the Victoria steaks med an one came with fries steak was cooked good but barely hot an the fries cold. The other steak ordered medium an came overdone an tough. Let server
