Went here after a rather stressful day. Had a lovely experience and some laughs with the cashier. Excellent customer service. She helped me with the menu (I'm visually impaired) and explained everything perfectly. Food was great. 5/5 stars from me : D

It took about ten minutes to get served with only one person ahead of me and he was already at register with sandwiches in hand. Then there was no ice for the drinks. No plain potato chips. Its been a while since ive been in a subway and i wasnt impressed.I think it will be awhile before I go back.
The girl that was working the sandwich counter did an excellent job handling a huge crowd all by herself would be good for the store owner or manager or somebody to be in there to help this girl
The food had a cockroach in it and the lady working refused to listen or replace my sub. She was very rude and I will never eat at this subway or any other. Deplorable behavior
