I ordered on the app nacho fries got there cause it said it was ready and it wasn’t there. I heard the coworkers In the back talking Somewhat bad about my order. Waited like 10 minutes as I listen to them talk and someone finally came up and they had to remake my fries because I guess Someone took them, or they just didn’t make them. Nacho fries are good though my favorite
Food tasted great and fresh, didn't receive my grilled cheese fries tho
Got the grilled burrito with beef and light sour cream with a side of spicy ranch.... so good.
The employees here have been great. Friendly and genuine. This is our go to taco bell in Jacksonville.
Went through the drive thru and we had a bit of a difficult order that got pretty confusing, Justyn was absolutely wonderful and very patient with us. He went out of his way to make sure our order was correct and had a great attitude the entire time. Thank you for being such a pleasure! :)
The power bowls are the best! Ordered online and picked up by window. Did not go in.

I don't go to Taco Bell often but sometimes I have a craving and only Taco Bell will satisfy it. I rarely eat in. I usually go through the drive-thru. My favorite food item is a burrito supreme without tomatoes. When this is made right there is nothing better. My daughter-in-law loved their Baja blast drink. My son usually gets about four hard tacos.
Great food, but so many flaws in the other areas of the restaurant. For one, they never cease to forget at least SOMETHING, almost every time I go. Not to mention the wait, or last minute shortage of certain items. That being said, the staff are very polite, and apologize every time. Even going as far as to come from the kitchen to ask what you would like as a substitute for when they run out of an item. All in all, it can hopefully just get better.

I’ve always had a great experience with this Taco Bell not going to lie I’ve always had issues with others. I usually order online and they never mess up my orders. Great customer service as well! Which is hard to find nowadays
Lately I've struggled with an eating disorder so I've been eating less harsh foods. For some reason a lunch break here didn't cause my stomach to do gymnastics. Kudos to the ones in the kitchen and it all tasted GREAT! 👍
