Cool restaurant, great vibe for a nice dinner! Parking can be a little challenging, but with some patience, you can do it! Clean and spacious inside. Friendly front host. Tonight on a Thursday around 8 pm, for a party of four, there was no wait time. The restaurant was busy, but not extremely crowd
Hit up Brick in Avondale for lunch with some friends, and man, we were all pretty stoked about our choices. Those shrimp and grits? Spot on. Creamy grits paired with shrimp that were just full of flavor. And the bread pudding for dessert? Just the right touch of sweetness. The place had this laid-ba
Go! The place is huge and extremely clean. The food is delicious, and the servers are salt of the earth friendly. The prices are reasonable and do leave a good tip to the servers because they deserve every penny of it. The cake slices are HUGE! What are you waiting for? Go!
We had the surf and turf Benedict, regular with grits, and a Belgium waffle. The regular were so delicious!! All our food was so tasty and fresh. Filling but not overly heavy. Highly recommend!
Great restaurant for lunch or dinner. They have outdoor dining. The restaurant is clean including the bathrooms. I ordered the warm turkey sandwich and it was excellent. Service was excellent and all of the staff was pleasant.
Nice restaurant great service and food was delicious. Nice outdoor seating and dog friendly.
We enjoyed filet mignon and a cheeseburger. The asparagus was a little undercooked, but everything else was wonderful. Very quiet on a Monday night. They have limited outdoor sidewalk tables.
I’ve been to The Brick four times. The first two times I liked it, but the food wasn’t something I’d remember days after. That was until I tried the Goat Cheese and Beet Salad. I had that three weeks ago and can say with full conviction that I’ve thought about it every day since. I had it again toni
The food, service, and atmosphere were all great! Aaron was our server - he did a great job.
Everything thing I order was absolutely excellent it took a while for my food bt definitely worth the wait.. will be back!
Our first time dining at Brick. Yhe service was excellent from host to server. The atmosphere was good. Quiet enough for conversation but okay to laugh out loud. Family friendly seating with full sized booths. The main meal were good. Mahi, pork chop and lamb was cooked properly. We all felt the di
The service was delightful, our waited was charming, humorous & insightful throughout the night. Our party tried the mahi & ahi tuna bowl. Each was prepared perfectly & served at the right temperature. My only concern is the noise level, which indicates happy patrons & with the walls, floors,
Had a great lunch with a few coworkers. We ordered the calamari and spinach dip as appetizers and I had the grilled chicken sandwich as an entree. All of is was good, but nothing shouted Wow how did they do that it’s amazing. It was essentially what I expected. We enjoyed it and seri de was fast and
The best Calamari in town! The Chef cooked it just right. Not at all chewy, but soft. The Prime Rib was amazing and the chef's cut was easy to share with my neice who loves steak. She enjoyed how soft the bites were and the marbling was perfect with just a bit of fat. Will have to come back for some
The food was so mouth watering. The crab cake and Lamb are absolutely delightful and they have a very good assortment of drinks as well. Pretty pricey but the food, drinks, and atmosphere are very great.
If you are hungry after walking around historic district, thia is the great place to go and eat. Delicious food and good service. I recommend the spinach dip for appetizer and key lime pie for dessert! Thank you and stay safe.
The rack of lamb and sweet chile sauce with asparagus is so delicious, as well as the loaded shrimp and grits. I think the asparagus is the best I've ever tasted at any restaurant I've ordered from. I definitely wish I could have ordered a plate of asparagus to go.
This restaurant is located in The Shoppes On Avondale, a quaint, hip and trendy area of Jacksonville. The food was delicious, the atmosphere was pleasant and our server was amazing. We had a group of 11 and they were very accommodating.
Go! The place is extremely clean. I love the atmosphere and you can sit outside and watch pedestrians shop or enjoy the night lights. The food is delicious, best I’ve had across the country. and the servers are salt of the earth friendly. The prices are reasonable for the amount and quality of the f
