River & Post - Jacksonville - Photo album

What an amazing place the ambience is breathtaking. The food is so yummy. The service was on point and so perfect. So you make a reservation to sit at the restaurant and eat till you're full. The drinks are well worth it. Our server was knowledgeable. Now once you're done and ready for dessert go up
Restaurant is phenomenal located in historical district of riverside along river with amazing upscale dishes. I ordered this last time blackened sea bass and was amazing. Rooftop lounge with stunning views and live music sets this place apart from so many. Highly recommend.
Stopped by for brunch before heading over to the Cummer museum, the most convenient spot to go to aside from the museum cafe. The staff was friendly and helpful, the food did take a while to arrive but was well worth it. Ordered the eggs Benedict with cured salmon on top, delicious! Prices were reas
Visited for the weekend. Skyline was beautiful. Live music. Atmosphere great. Drinks were great. I had Manifestation and sister had bourbon and Berries. Both were really good and rooftop has some cute photo spots
This was our first visit at the restaurant; we wanted to try something different for Christmas Eve. We received excellent service from the staff and the food was delicious. I only give four stars for the food because there were no poultry options on the menu that evening. Four stars for atmosphere b
Rooftop lounge has an amazing view. Drinks were great. Casual atmosphere. Servers were attentive. Prices were reasonable for this level of food. Gouda grits were a unique find and were delicious.
The restaurant is beautiful. We really wanted to sit on the rooftop but there was absolutely no seating available and it was extremely loud. I really wish there were tables up there to enjoy a nice dinner. Still beautiful view. We sat on the first floor and initially our server Antonio greete
Arrived at 5:00PM went to the Rooftop for cocktails and appetizers. The Rooftop has its own “food menu” and you cannot order from the regular menu which we knew before I am just letting you know that if you go. Drinks were a Blackberry Sidecar and Bourbon and Berries. The Sidecar was ok the B&B (my
Events & link ups here are so lovely. They have an attentive staff. The rooftop vibe is phenomenal. Drinks & small bites are nice. I will definitely be returning to host more and share.
I came in last Wednesday for lunch and sat at the bar. Blaire was my bartender. She just started bartending there. Super personal and friendly. It’s nice being a female and being able to be comfortable with another woman as a bartender, especially at a bar. Thanks Blaire for entertaining me and maki
There is a nice place for outdoor dining which I love. The indoor space is very pretty and cozy and they have a nice bar area. We went for lunch It was relatively quiet on a Tuesday but the service was excellent which was a relief because sometimes in some places when it is slow the service is slack
Johnny was an amazing server! His recommendations were spot on! The food was absolutely delicious! The bread pudding was better than your grannies!
Went here for our anniversary. The location is prime. Food came out fresh and delicious. Service was quick. It was pretty dead on a weekday at 5pm. I’d love to come back and try other dishes. We went simple this time. Dessert wasn’t that great, was expecting more in that area.
Incredible. Delicious. Simply the best scallops I have ever had anywhere in my life. Cannot beat this place for a memorable dinner while visiting JAX. Try the charcuterie board. Do NOT get the broiled oysters. It’s 90% other ingredients rather than oysters with overpowering flavors like sausage and
Jack- our server was very attentive and nice. The food here is delicious. No negatives to report. Suggest you make reservations.
First visit here with friends from Maryland. We went for brunch. All the food was amazing! We sat outside. There was a young lady singing that had the vibes of the artist Jewel. Music was definitely a plus. Parking was good.
I've dined here 3 times already, but I'm just now doing my review. The food, cocktails (Sangria), customer service, and atmosphere have always been on point. I've tried quite a few dishes, and all were really good. And yes, bread pudding is a very unique dish, and not everyone can properly prepare i
