The food is very fresh and has quality ingredients. The restaurant is family and vegan friendly. We started off with the herb Hummus which was very different than what we are used but it was amazing. The butternut squash soup was made well and I enjoyed that as well. We also ordered the Korean noodle bowl, it had a lot going on in it and it was a bit salty for my taste but it definitely was magical haha. My little sister enjoyed it. We also ordered the burrito bowl and the kale salad.

We hosted a bridal shower brunch here this weekend and it was perfect! Jordan, who helped us coordinate the event was so easy and kind to work with. Our server Lulu was awesome- she was there whenever you needed something. The food was phenomenal, everyone was raving how fresh and delicious their meal was. Would highly recommend for a meal or to host an event/shower.

Our waitress was very positive and demonstrated excellent knowledge of the menu. She, I believe it was Marianne, showed exceptional customer service. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone who wants to try a healthy meal; vegetarian and carnivores alike.. Enjoy! Also, if you opt for an adult beverage, I recommend trying the Peach and Bourbon. It was amazing!

My visit to True Food in Jacksonville was a delightful experience, marked by fresh, flavorful dishes and friendly service. The menu, brimming with healthy yet delicious options, was impressive. I highly recommend starting with the unique Guacamole with Edamame and the flavorful Hummus - both were exceptional. The standout feature of True Food is their commitment to freshness. Each dish is a celebration of quality ingredients, perfectly balanced for a satisfying and healthy meal. And don’t miss their lemonades; they’re a refreshing complement to any dish!

Tomato soup was delicious, guacamole was amazing. I had the Hawaiian fried and it was great with the added shrimp!

Great atmosphere and concept! Nice gluten free options and regenerative food choices. The burger was quite good, and my daughter enjoyed the gluten free bun. The turkey burger had a bit of an “off” taste. The vegan burger was salty and it wasn’t from any of the sauces, nor the dairy free cheese. The texture was nice, just too salty to even finish. The peach lemonade was nice and flavorful and the coffee was also enjoyable.

First time here! And it was amazing. My sever Paula was very attentive to my needs , Brooke the bar server gave us a freshly squeezed Watermelon Mojito, by the way all the fruit is freshly squeezed. Arianna the manger was great as well! Highly recommend if your switch over to plant based/ vegan or just looking for a good health restaurant to eat at!

First time at Tru Food. We ordered the watermelon and tomato salad, cauliflower, corn soup and spinach and mushroom pizza. We loved the pizza most. The soup was a bit too spicy for me. The cauliflower starter was tasty. We did not wait to be seated and oir server was knowledgeable of the menu and friendly. She did wait too long in-between checks.
