We had the dinner here to celebrate my Mom birthday. The service is super good and professional. The food are fresh and delicious. Both the manager and waiter are super nice and kind. I hope I could give more tips for this dinner 😀
I ate at the Shor multiple times during my stay at the Hyatt. The food was delicious! Our waiter was very helpful. They have a buffet that’s really good. I had the buffet for breakfast and dinner. During breakfast I ate an amazing omelette prepared by chef Ali. It was delicious! During the dinner buffet they had blackened shrimp. I couldn’t get enough of them. On another night I had their salmon salad. It was perfect. My friends loved it as well. The Florida Greens are also amazing! I would definitely eat here again!
We had a variety of foods. Chicken Sandwich, Waffle fries, Deviled Eggs, Mahi Mahi Tacos, drinks to include cucumber martini and rum runner and Texas mule (all great). The desserts are all fantastic and service was tremendous. Decor is nice as well. This is probably closer to a 4.4 rating.
Ate at Shor for dinner after a Jaguars game, the decor of the restaurant and bar area is outstanding. The bar area was packed with football fans so I ended up eating in the dining room but was pleasantly surprised with how good the meal was, the service was excellent as well. Shor is also a great alternative to Morton's, both restaurants are located next to each other within the Hyatt Regency.
Really great cooking - steak and salmon perfectly cooked, and vegetables nice and crunchy. We had Christian as our server and he was brilliant. No need to leave the hotel as the food and service here are great!
Work across the street and decided to walk over for lunch. We were seated right away. The service was great! I tried the chicken sandwich with a cup of gumbo. The gumbo was SO GOOD! Wish they would serve it with bread.
We ate here several times during a conference. The food was good, but the staff was very good. They were friendly and helpful, knowing that we had limited time to get in and out, they went out of their way to be accommodating

I was attending a conference at the Hyatt in downtown Jacksonville, Florida. The food was so good we went for lunch and dinner.
Turkey dinner was ok. Pumpkin pie was terrible though. Way too much allspice like that's all you could taste.
We had an amazing time dining & having drinks here. Our waitress Jessy was GREAT, friendly and attentive the entire time. Even when it got extremely busy, she continued to take great care of us. The wings were so good. We were extremely satisfied with our entire experience!
We ate here a few times and can recommend the shrimp and grits, chicken and waffles, steak, key lime pie. I had a mule that was great and the service staff was fun and friendly. The restaurant is well decorated and spread out so you can enjoy conversation as well as a quiet dinner. Overall a great experience - most entrees were priced at $23+ per meal
We were there during tournament. Took a long time for the food to arrive. There were some hiccups on the order but I wouldn't blame them for that.

Very cool place to stay at great food inside and also a few places to eat in walking distance.
Had breakfast here, and the food was good. Our server was very friendly.
