Omg! This is truly incredible place! We ordered pizza- caprese pita bread-tiramisu- banana cake. All incredible! Pizza was thin crust and nicely baked, definitely very close to authentic italian restaurants! Caprese pita bread came with chicken tomato and mozarella- so tasty, full of flavor and filling! Tiramisu was the first one in a restaurant that i did not regret ordering! Definitely authentic! I did not try the banana cake but it disappeared from the plate very quickly so i assume it was great. Overall stop by and try definitely worth it!!

First time ordering tonight 10/6/23, Friday night. Wait was around 30-40 mins. Price was right. Ordered 2-16” pies, Plain and Pesto with Shrimp The plain was a little on the salty side but looved the thin crust style and the taste! I’ve eaten pies from a few places in Jax and this one reminds me of the ones up north! Pesto & Shrimp-(Amazing!) Buuut, I do wish the shrimp was chopped smaller and grilled a tiny bit. Pizza was oily from the pesto but you have to expect that. Besides that-the taste was on point! Ale Pie House did NOT disappoint and can’t wait to order again!

Food was great! Is a quaint little restaurant. Went on a weekday and not too busy, and will be returning!! I ordered the Chicken Picatta minus a few things as I'm a picky eater, and they were able to accommodate!!

My husband and I came here for the first time a few days ago. We ordered the antipasta salad and two pizzas. The antipasta tasted good, but PLEASE chop up the toppings for the customers instead of throwing the meat and cheese on top of the lettuce. It was very hard to cut it up with a butter knife and took time to do so. I ended up asking the server for a steak knife. Toppings should be cut up in an antipasta salad and distributed throughout the salad, not slapped on top and uncut - so that was very annoying. The pizza was decent.

Nice little Italian restaurant in Avondale. Visited on a Saturday around 2pm we got seated immediately wasn’t super busy got there at a good time. The server was very attentive and the food was delicious. The plates were a good size and we had left overs. It’s enough for a shareable plate if you ask me. They also deliver around that area as well! We will definitely be back!

We went there for a second time with some friends and they love it as much as we do. The food is excellent and the service on point. Friendly faces, awesome pizza and cold drinks. Not much more you can ask for.

I went here for the first time, and this place is hands down one of my fav Italian places to eat! I’ll def be back! Do yourself a favor and order the cheesey garlic bread with the pesto sauce, it is to DIE for, so crispy yet fluffy and flavorful. The garlic knots they bring you are outta the world good, they’re like if fresh Hawaiian Rolls had a baby with a homemade garlic roll from scratch, that is what you’d get! Delightfully surprised! The cheese baked ziti is what’s up, love the portion, including the amount of homemade marinara sauce they give you. The lasagna is bombdiggity. The fresh Parmesan is always welcomed. Our waitress, Stephanie C., was extremely on point and awesome. Stephanie C. was so polite, professional, friendly, and had a great sense of urgency! Thanks for the super experience!

I had the cheesy bread and fettuccine carbonara. The bread was delicious and a good serving for the price. The fettuccine was also good with a good serving as I could only eat half maybe a little less in one sitting. Unfortunately, the carbonara was a little bland but still good. I would however recommend it to a friend.

Food was amazing. I'm particular about quality and this place did not disappoint. We got Grandma's meatball appetizer, lasagna and shrimp scampi for entrees and tiramisu for desert and it was all excellent. I'm picky about scampi and this one was amazing. Will definitely go back! Valentina was our server and she was on point!

Nice local Italian restaurant. Not too many left in Jax these days that aren't chains. Tried the shrimp Alfredo which had a rich heavy sauce that wasn't bad. The shrimp we're plump and bouncy and there were enough included in the meal. The dish I liked more was the personal 10" New York thin crust. I chose a specialty topping of Philly cheese beef with onions peppers and mushrooms. Crust was crisp and beef flavorful. Not overwhelming with peppers which is good, but I could barely detect mushrooms at all, not good. Service was very friendly. Would go back if I had a craving for Italian on the westside.

My husband and I ate from them yesterday and let me tell you.... OMG!!!! Fantastic Food!!!! Enough for two meals! The cheesy garlic bread could have more garlic for my taste because I love garlic but their dipping sauce is amazing!!!! The lasagna is the best in town! Their cheese steaks meet with a Pennsylvania girls' stamp of approval. It is hard to find a really good Philly cheese steak outside of PA. Oh and don't get me started on these homemade rolls. Yummy!!!. Awesome job y'all!!!! This was 4 months ago. 12/2021 This is from today 4/2022 The pictures are from our order today. The spaghetti was fantastic!!!! Homemade noodles, homemade meatball and homemade sauce!!! Wow!!!! Love it!!!! Of course that was for my hubby. I had to have my usual...a Philly Cheese Steak! Oh and it was even better than the last one we also got Jalapeno Poppers (only ate 2 cuz we were stuffed). We also had cheesy garlic bread. It was a little too dark (a bit burned in some areas). Besides that, our dinner was a fantastic dinner, with leftovers. I would give y'all 4.5 stars. 😉⭐⭐⭐⭐ ⭐

One of the best secret restaurants in Jax. Atmosphere is what stands out to me the most here at Ale Pie House. It's very laid-back and calming. The food and service are good too. 👍
