I like the food here a lot!! There may be long lines but it moves fast. With it being so busy, they would forget an order but asking kindly for it, they get on it quickly. Love the Lechon Kawali!! Just like how we make it! Keep it up!!
My husband has been coming here for the last 2 weeks and he said it was phenomenal food and the customer service is through the roof white glove! He ordered the orange shrimp and was giving the orange chicken by accident and the young lady apologized a lot and corrected the problem. She was very empathetic with not knowing that he was vegan for 10 years! I will be stopping by to see if I have another place to patronize. Thank you 😊 for the Great White Glove Customer Service!!
We have ordered take out platters from here twice and they are always fresh and delicious! They design them like art and always beautiful for serving for parties. We have also enjoyed their bento boxes while dining in but for platters on sushi.. it’s definitely our go to!!
This place is always packed which tells you something about the food they serve. The food portions (particularly the rice bowls) are more than enough and everytime we leave this place, our tummies are really really full. Their service is fast and prompt and pretty much accurate. Never had any issues when it comes to the taste of the food they serve. I particularly like their shoyu ramen but I just learned last night from the server that they are discontinuing the shoyu ramen. Even her was surprised because it was a popular dish that peole want to order. Are y’all kidding me? Why are you going to discontinue something that people love??? For that I have to deduct a star. 😀 Overall, I highly recommend this place.
This was our first time visiting and we had a great experience. The server helped us figure out what was vegan and I decided on the pineapple sweet and sour tofu. We also had the Korean steak, mango boba, and mango boba slush. We thought that the boba was not super amazing and thought it was weird that instead of upgrading to jellies they added boba and jellies to the drink. It was a little loud and busy for a Monday afternoon but we were still able to find a table and hear each other. Would definitely recommend this for a quick and tasty lunch.
Delicious sichuan steak rice bowl with level 1 cayenne pepper! Originally they brought the wrong order but I corrected them saying it’s steak not chicken and they made things right! The Norelle lady server was superb and friendly. Love it. She even treated me with miso soup for their mistake.
Food was above average. I got the sesame chicken, it wasn’t as flavorful. But it was good. Sushi was much better. The portions are pretty large.

The food was really good and the staff was nice. I got the build your own poke bowl (mini size, which was plenty) with katsu steak and it was delicious. They have a good selection of options if you want to go healthy or indulge. The staff was patient with my slow ordering since it was the first time I've been there and their menu can be a bit overwhelming with all the options lol. The place was really clean and put together and their was plenty of parking despite the popularity of the location. They gave us our food in the lids and containers from what they would normally use as to-go containers and all the silverware was single use plastic due to new restrictions and recommendations thanks to Covid. I was happy to see that they were taking precautions to remain as sanitary as possible. I wasn't a huge fan of their specialty roll and the fountain drink dispenser was down (or not available due to Covid, who knows?) so we had to pay for non-refillable drinks. I would definitely go back again! :)
Very nice fun atmosphere! I always love going here as the food is great, and also comes out fast. As usual there is a bit of a wait, as this is a popular spot for people to go grab a quick bite. I normally get the Pad Thai or the Korean Tofu dish. Both dishes are very good and come out fast as well. Bento also serve good sushi and has an extensive menu or sushi, beer, and other food. I have always had a great experience here and would definitely go again!
I am a really picky eater but I thought I would try it and had a poke bowl. Outside of my food being really cold, the food was really good! I was pleasantly surprised. The presentation of my bowl was great and the food was good. I'm not sure why it was so cold however.
It’s a really nice sport for some quick bento. I’d say it’s great food for those times you feel really hungry and need something to eat. Don’t expect authenticity but the flavors are mostly there. It’s definitely not bad, don’t get me wrong, but it’s not 10/10.
Went here for lunch after we stopped by the 5 and under store 09/25/2021. They have bento box, bowls, sushi, boba tea, take out boxes etc. You go in You grab a menu and order then pick up your number and grab a seat and they'll bring it out to you. Very nice customer service. Gentleman in back had some issues but was immediately fixed. Good family friendly setting. Can get a bit busy on weekends. One stall per men's and women's in the back. They were clean and nice. We got two bento boxes and two Boba teas. It can be a bit pricey, depends on what you choose. Ours was about $50. Food and drink was delicious in our opinion. Nice lil treat.
The food was so good , but the service was not that much . There were the accountant and a girl was answering the phone and another one she was doing nothing . There were many tables to sit at but they weren't clean and there was still food from the previous customers . It stayed like that for about half an hour, but we found one clean table to sit at.
To be honest, my sushi was very delicious.
The place is clean even the bathroom. The atmosphere is nice. Food is good. So if you're in the area and hungry stop on over. I will return again.
