This place is legit. It is now on the list as our new favorite Mexican restaurant. It's basically just a taco stand and you have to eat outside and they don't have fountain drinks but they've got nice picnic tables and a covered area outside to eat and it wouldn't matter because I would eat standing up in the rain it's that good. And if you don't like cows or chickens they got veggie options galore. We will absolutely be back and not only that we will plan our next trip with this as a via. Fast and friendly service on top of the good food thanks guys.

We were lead here by a magazine in my doctors office. I think it was cheap eats in Jacksonville and at first I was skeptical, it is a small place right off of Stockton. All I can say is wow! Don't judge a book by its cover, the food here is delicious, the portions are out of control and I would eat here every day, mostly because I love nachos!! Today I had a nachos with steak on them and they were some of the if not the best nachos I've ever had in my entire life! The flavors were so pleasing the pallet and I couldn't stop eating them!!

Service is fabulous and the food is soooo good. Such generous portions. My daughter is vegan and loved, loved, loved the vegan beef taco plate. I had the rellena quesadilla with beef...so yummy. We will definitely be back again!!
I just really love this place! Almost everytime I've been there, I've been happy and even on my one time that wasn't perfect, the staff rectified the issue promptly and I left happy! The food is ALWAYS amazing and I rave about them always! They are supporters of the military and I can't drive past them without stopping!
We have always thought this place was hands down the best Mexican in Jacksonville, but tonight the staff of Nacho Taco went above and beyond! They managed to corral out little black dog after she had dug her way out of our yard! I don't even want to imagine what may have happened if it wasn't for their quick thinking and kind hearts!

Last week I was leaving the dentist office and past this locating on the way home. I told myself all week" I gotta see what this place is about". I love tacos. So yesterday I came by to give it a try and I must say it was delicious. I ordered the carne asada plate with an extra taco. I must say I will definitely be back. You guys rock.
This place was great! We waited a few minutes but the food was hot and fresh. The Yuca Fries were my favorite. Bye La Nop!

Yesterday started like any other day, I woke up, rolled over and checked my phone. My buddy James had already messaged me asking if I wanted to do Nacho Taco for Taco Tuesday and I immediately jumped out of bed!
I just moved back to 5 points right down the street from NT and conveniently needed to fill my bicycle tires. James rode his over so it made sense I'd stop at Zen Cog on the way. I hadn't ridden my bike in almost a year so it was super refreshing to cruise through my neighborhood to the place with the best tacos in town.
Nacho Taco offers 2 tacos, chips/salsa with drink for $6 on Taco Tuesdays! James and I received our order almost as fast as we put it in! Not only is the food high quality, but so is their attitude. Super friendly and extra considerate, I'm glad to be back in the neighborhood and so close to the best tacos in town!

I love that I can get vegan food without sacrificing taste here! The vegan queso is tasty AND spicy, for which I'm super grateful! You get a lot of food for what you pay for, and everything I've tried has been awesome. Can't wait to order again!

The food was absolutely incredible. I got a burrito and it was MASSIVE! Well worth it. Can't wait to come back.
Been there twice. Food was excellent each time. The chicken tacos are the bomb. This last time I ordered with a couple of people from work and sadly they forgot our chips and salsa. They will get a pass this time. Definitely will be back soon.
I love Nacho Taco. It's a locals Mexican spot in historic Riverside. Limited parking in the lot, but you can easily park on a side street.
Here's an easy list of good-to-knows if you are an anxious person like me.
1) The building is tiny, blue, and on a corner.
2) You go in the sliding door and order at a counter.
3) There are picnic tables under awning and some with umbrellas for seating options.
4) There's TONS of exquisitely delicious vegan choices here that keeps me coming back.
This is an amazing little spot. They offer regular & vegan options which is what I went there for. I got a rice bowl with their soy vegan chick’n.. it was delicious! Came with cheese sauce, salsa & a small bag of chips. I had already mixed everything up when I remembered the picture so it doesn’t look as good as it did when I first opened it.
I haven't been to this place in about a year and I promise you the food got better. I have been to just about all the taco spots in Jacksonville and this place is definitely top 2 . Try their special sauce they make. You won't go wrong if you like flavor and heat.
I have been a fan of Nacho Taco for years but was inspired to leave this review after a phenomenal catering experience with them today. They made the entire experience - from ordering to delivery - as easy and seamless as possible. Savannah and the individual who delivered our order were incredibly kind, friendly, and helpful. The food is obviously an 11/10 but I was so impressed by their customer service and desire to create a memorable lunch experience. If you ever need a meal catered for an event, please consider Nacho Taco!
I got the Cali burrito and was probably one of the best burritos I’ve had in a long time! It wasn’t over done with toppings and falling apart, the chicken was nicely shredded and tasty. Everything just tasted fresh and amazing!

The cashier wasn't very helpful however, they were very busy. The chicken tacos were good the beef was to salty and the cream cheese strawberry dessert was great.
DO NOT ORDER GUACAMOLE!!!, it looked like it got made in a factory 1,000 miles away 6 months ago. Potentially was squeezed out of a tube 🤣 STILL a nice small taco shop with a lovely patio. Service was quick and friendly. Lots of vegetarian/vegan options. Rice bowl portion was LARGE 😋 Would go again!
GREAT LITTLE TACO SHOP!!! Had wanted to try this place for a while and it finally worked out. And we were happy we did. Tacos were great. Good size, stuffed with meat, salsa was excellent. No complaints. I had crane asada and my wife had the vegan chorizo. Will certainly be back. This is a must try. Parking is easy and ample outdoor seating.

I was in Jacksonville for 8 days and I found this place on my the last day here. If I ate here the 1st day i arrived, I would have come back EVERYDAY. the staff was super friendly, the business looked inviting and the prices are very reasonable. They deliver for $1. Ummm that is amazing. I believe the hours are from 11am-9pm. The guacamole creamy spread/salsa was delicious. I had a beef taco, chicken taco for lunch. I came back for dinner and got the carne asada nachos....loved it!
This place doesn’t hit the spot, it hits the soul. The food is always delicious. The burrito would make my Abuelas rejoice and the churros would have my ancestors sing. Thank you for always being on point.
I was surprise at the amount of food you get. Prices are affordable in this small place but big on flavor. Young staff women who are very kind. Practically you order to go unless you want to eat in their small outdoor porch. The flavor is very gratifying and huge portion for the price. I have tried their burritos and tacos. Try your own, and let me know how it went for you.
We got the vegan fajita nachos, kids quesadilla, and chimichangas, and everything tasted amazing! The service was quick and the portion sizes were nice. They also have outdoor seating.
Are you super hungry? Get the Cali Burrito. It's amazing. They're all amazing there, you can tell how much they love their customers. If there's no parking, park on the street. No street parking? Just abandon your vehicle in the ditch. Don't miss out on this food. And the queso, my god the queso. Buy a bucket of it. It's worth every penny.
