I refuse to go to the Panera at The Towncenter after an inaccurate to-go order was unprofessionally and poorly handled.
So this Panera Bread by the Target on Hodges / Beach has become my favorite. And with good cause. Their top of the receipt, just below their address and phone number, assures that Accuracy Matters and that they will make things right when a mistake affects an order. So far - no order errors.
The customer service is sincere and excellent. The place, including bathrooms, are clean; tables well bussed. There is a new manager here and it shows. He energetically greets all the customers and recognizes regulars who smile at his kind attention. The staff - from order taking to pick up - treat customers very well, giving the impression they are well treated by the company in turn.
My only ick is the code needed to access the restroom. I understand the why. This is a for-profit company that has struggled with an increasing number of houseless community members who camp out nearby. The bathroom code must be requested of staff. It keeps the unhoused from using the facilities. And paying customers are more comfortable on the business premises, encouraging revenue.
Joel is great and always cares about giving great customer service.
The Manager is very active and always making sure orders are right and fresh!

All the staff and bakery employees are very personable, knowledgeable, so friendly. I always enjoy going in to get the fresh bagels and cookies.
Panera is the shining example of great customer service and good food. If you have to get something fast and you want a place to relax along with a smiling face, Panera has got this down to a T. Great job.

Good food, great coffee. Friendly staff. Wear a mask , when your buzzer goes off get your food, and practice social distancing. 05/01/22 Update ... Masks are no longer a thing for now... 01/24/23 Mgt change and a lot of staff change will report back soon.

Ate the whole meal so fast forgot to take a pic. Chkn teriyaki was great. New item exclusive to this store. Excited to come back again. The service was fantastic, will probably use this place if i need to have a small meeting.
Staff was extremely knowledgeable and helpful! Also, the meal I purchased was terrific! I love the overall atmosphere, service, and food at this location! Keep up the great work Panera!

Bathrooms are always having issues . Only the handicap bathroom opened, and then the soap was broken, and paper towels were not useable.
