Much nicer all around and friendlier staff compared to another we goto that is even newer. Still kind of pricer food, but given this place was nicer all around it felt more worth it.
There is a nice outdoor patio facing the pond and most of the indoor seating runs along the windows on that side as well, so it is an enjoyable view. Especially when the ducks wander over haha! (No we did not share our food with them)
This is always a favorite of mine, from sandwiches to soups to cookies and drinks, there’s something for everyone! This particular day I went in to receive my birthday treat! All staff was nice! Restaurant was clean, will go back

Many times restaurants are affected by variables, and there are many. The lunch rush hour affecting service and cleanup is just one example.
But there are some areas that are hard to either accept or come up with a reason to accept.
This Panera Bread falls into this category. Some areas of improvement: turn down the elevator music 🎵 of jazz spmphony. It's hard to enjoy a pretty good salad with Michael Buble blasting along.
The internet service in this location is really horrible. Think getting dropped every five minutes. I'm surprised more haven't complained about this.
The ordering kiosks have now been repaired, it took a long time but now the pagers are broken. So, now when your order is ready someone from the kitchen yells out your name.
They have to do something, but it still isn't customer service.
It's stale 🍞 bread.
Update: September 2023. Many improvements have been made at this location. Customer service and APP really are five stars. Interesting artwork adorns the walls. I read in the Wall Street Journal newspaper of the possible IPO for Panera Bread. If this report is true. This will be a great investment just like it's a great restaurant! 🌇
Great service at this location! Food was good and it was a relaxing atmosphere as I waited to meet a friend in the area. The egg and cheese on Brioche was very good and the fruit was very fresh. Nice selection of coffee as well.
Panera is fantastic. Food quality is exceptional. Unfortunately the bathrooms were very gross and dirty. Women’s restroom had bloo all over it and was a mess. Men’s restroom had urine all around the urinal. There should be semi hourly checks to keep up on this… the self serve station was relatively clean. However the hot water for my tea came out a little darker than regular water and had a black chunk of something in it. No idea what it was… service was fast and food good.
Great service, I placed a kiosk order, I couldn't figure out how to change my bread so I walked over to the counter fir pick up, and spoke to Jnae she assisted me in correcting my bread, and was all smiles. Instead of saying we don't have what I wanted, she took the time to physically see if she could find more of the bread I like! Most people in restaurants don't go the extra mile,, but she did, and I definitely appreciated it. I left with a smile! Will definitely come again!

What you expect from a panera bread, didn't wait long for food. corn chowder wasnt bad and the steak and cheese sandwich was good, it had a horseradish sauce.
Love Panera and the monthly subscription membership. I always order the Asiago bagel with cream cheese and an iced tea. Super delicious and makes me happy. Unfortunately, I hate knocking off a star but it is needed. The ladies bathroom needs more attention to it. It’s pretty dirty and disgusting. As soon as I walked in it, the bathroom garbage was piling over because it was so full. The large stall was the worst.....upon walking in it, i immediately noticed the blood on the toilet seat. And it wasn’t just a drop, it was a whole smearful of it. There is garbage all around it. Just gross. The smaller one is just sad looking. I informed the cashier right away and I saw she informed the manager ASAP. And saw them both go take care of it which is great and is why I did four stars instead of a lower review. But the bathroom needs to start being paid attention to more.
Panera Bread has become one of my favorite places to have lunch. The food is made to order so it always fresh and delicious. I eat lunch here 2-3 times a week and the staff here is consistently pleasant every time.

Price is a bit high considering a majority of the ingredients could be bought and made at home, but the bread is nice, and the sandwiches are well assembled. Wish they had more types of chips.
Overall, I enjoyed my meal.

I love Panera. I can run in and grab a cup of coffee and a souffle. It is just easy. Although, I wish this location would warm the souffle before serving. I had to use the microwave. Just a minute in one of your ovens is much better than asking a customer to use the not so clean and muti-touched microwave.
Tasty food. Ready on time. Super friendly lady that was distributing the orders. Majority of locations are pretty consistent with food quality and service.
