Finally tried this place after hearing tons of great reviews from friends. Definitely did not disappoint. The food is fresh and amazing. Highly recommend queso with the chips!
Dined at Salsas Mexican Restaurant tonight and it was EXCELLENT!!! Had the Parrilla Mexicana, a combination fajita loaded with pork, chicken, beef, chorizo, and shrimp; typical sides of tortillas, rice and beens, with a salad. Will definitely be back!!
Love it!! My new favorite Mexican restaurant ! Food was awesome! Clean restaurant ! Good price! Definitely coming back! A+!

First visit here after being a fan of "La Napolera Mexican Restaurant" for years and I must say that I am very impressed. I almost got the wrong impression from when I walked in and there was no one there to greet nor seat us however, not even 2 minuets passed before someone came to assist. Our waitress was kind and was very enthusiastic. I could tell she was new and didn't know the menu completely but it was easy to look past that being that her customer service was pretty good. The chips were warm and the salsa was fresh. I don't remember the exact name of the dish I ordered but it consisted of shrimp enchiladas topped with cheese & enchilada sauce. The entree was accompanied by a sour cream salad and Mexican rice. Unlike La Napoleras the food wasn't out freakishly fast which I'm sure was a good thing but it did take around 22 minuets for it to be served. By the way while waiting on the food our waitress not only made sure out drinks were filled and had enough salsa & chips but gave us a small autobiography on herself lol. Finally the food came and not only did it look amazing but smelled even better. The food was great! I didn't think it could get any better than La Napolera but I was wrong. I would recommend Salsas to anyone who's looking for fresh and authentic Mexican food. Just to add the restaurant appeared clean and sanitary with great decor.
Great food for a great price love the atmosphere as well, I just ate the beef taco salad and was smiling for the rest of the afternoon, definitely will be coming back
Consistently great food, fast lunch service, and pleasant wait staff. I had the Enchiladas Verdes and the green salsa was perfect. My Colombian girlfriend had the Arroz con Pollo and the grilled chicken and queso in that dish was heavenly. She's only been in the U.S. eight years and she said their Flan was the best she's had. Maybe she was only saying that so I'd order her some more. We'll be eating here again!
Great!. We are always on the lookout for good Mexican! We tried this place for the first time tonight and were very pleased to find out how good it was! The atmosphere is really fun, very clean and pleasant. They had live music and it was really good and fun to listen to. My husband and I both loved our food and enjoyed the chips and salsa. We've found our new favorite Mexican spot!
New Favorite. Now that I have been to this location more than 6 times I can easily state that I have yet to have a meal I did not love. Each meal was fresh and tasty. The Marguritas are tasty too :-)
I really liked it. I had the Ixtapa Fajitas. wow it was amazing. My waiter Nichole working @ the bar was great.

Each week I eagerly await the day my friends and I meet at Salsas for lunch, that's how much I enjoy this restaurant. This week was no different, yet this time knowing that I was going to use Salsas as my first official review on here made Monday and Tuesday drag slower than usual. The lunch time crowd here is always very light and in the 20 plus times I've been here I have never had to wait for a table. The complimentary chips and salsas tasted as if they both were freshly made in house, and were delicious as they always are. For this special occasion I decided to go with my favorite menu item, the Flautas, which are rolled flour tortillas filled with chicken and then deep fried. They serve this meal with rice, beans, and a guacamole and sour cream salad. For the price, the amount of food you receive is amazing. Like always, the food tasted fresh and delicious. The sampler disappeared👻as soon as it was set🍱on the table so I didn't get a chance to take a📸picture😆. I ordered the biggest🌯burrito🌯 they had and I could only finish half! Salsa de Hodges is a very beautiful restaurant. I loved the decorations and the overall ambiance! It really makes you feel like in a typical Mexican restaurant. The tables and chairs are pieces of art! We were welcomed with a plate of nachos and salsa, as typical in Mexican restaurant. The food was served very quickly, it was very warm and simply delicious. The drinks were also very good! The Jalapeno Margarita I had was balanced perfectly. I thought the price was a little high, but it was definitely worth for the quality o the service and the food. The food menu has several options, for vegetarians too, as well as the drink menu. I will go back to this restaurant, no doubt!
The first thing I saw were all the custom carved and painted chairs!! All of the tables and booths are really cool to look at. The enchilada supreme was so so good. It has 1 of each: cheese, refried beans, chicken and beef. The corn tortillas were cooked to perfection. The only thing was the chicken was a little dry. The chips are warm and the salsa has the right amount of cilantro. All of the staff were professional and courteous. Definitely will come back again!!
Cam in for dinner after picking up my mom from the airport on a Wednesday even at 6:00. A duet started singing and you could not hear yourself talk. To loud. Not enjoyable at all. We love salsas and this was disappointing
Great food, for a great price! Salsa’s is the way to go if you’re craving some good Mexican food. Their servings come out very big, so be prepared to be stuffed! They also give you free chips and salsa unlike some other Mexican restaurants I know of. We had the Fajita Quesadilla and the Fajita for two. Both entrees came with a “salad”, which consisted of retried beans, some rice, lettuce, guacamole,sour cream and tomatoes. The food came out very fast and the waiter was very considerate and kind as well. Overall Salsa’s is really the place to go when you’re craving some good Mexican food!
We enjoy visiting Salsa's as a family after church from time to time. The food is good - their lunch specials are valid on Sundays, which makes feeding a large family reasonable. Much of their menu is what you would expect - Americanized Mexican dishes, but with some more authentic dishes on the menu as well. The food is reliably delicious and well prepared, and service is kind, if a bit slow at times.
Covid Update - 10/2020 - the staff is doing a good job keeping things clean and offering no-contact ordering options. Seating seems to have resumed to full capacity, but the tables are decently spread out.
I love everything about this place. The food is delicious and reasonably priced. Unique decor. Drink specials every day. Be sure to get queso. My husband loves the shrimp quesadillas. The only Mexican restaurant he will eat. The shrimp is fresh.
The food was very good. Prices were reasonable too. Restaurant was well decorated too. Gave it a real Mexican feel.

They custom made me a salad bowl and they have a happy hour EVERY day!!! The staff was great, the food was great, and it was just what I wanted from a Mexican spot! I tried the Vallarta salad, but asked for a tortilla bowl. They said that because the portions for the salad were too big for the bowl, they would have to shrink the salad. I was fine with that, but when it came out, the cooks had actually made me a custom tortilla bowl! Above and beyond on the service front!
We had a great visit here and the food was excellent! (Chips weren’t my fav but that’s personal preference.) The burritos and bowls were all delicious! Staff was kind and helpful, they took good care of our group and kiddos.
Tasted like Mexican food. salsa was decent and service was fine. My burrito was average as could be - not bad, but nothing earth shattering. The Bar Tender was very kind.
