Food alone is 5 stars. Tons of TVs but not necessarily easy viewing. Really friendly service and good beer selection. Easily one of the best sports bars in Jacksonville.
Went there late while visiting Jacksonville and the food was delicious. We all had a variety of wings and fries. The wings were perfectly done and the fries were crisp. I had a tropical sunrise and I wasn't disappointed.
A group of us meet up here for Sunday Brunch often. The food is delicious, and there is a lot of it. Last Sunday there were 9 of us, and it took over an hour to get our food. The table of 4 beside us came in after us, ate, and left before we even got our food. We will go back, just after football season is over or before 11 AM.
Jerry's is great. The negative reviews seem odd to me. Best Burger in town hands down.
Don't know what people are complaining about. Beer was cold, burger cooked to spec and our server Kate was nice. She served cold food cold and hot food hot. It's a sports bar, not fancy French.
Great, Friendly Neighborhood Place. We live near by and go to Jerry's weekly, for the past several years. We love the breakfasts, served on Sunday mornings only. We think they serve one of the best hamburgers that we've had anywhere. It is a place where you will see young families having dinner earlier in the evening and more serious party folk later on. Family owned and the staff seems to stay a long time so you get to know them. Sometimes they have trivia night and sometimes a dance band on weekends, you have to check.

We arrived in Jacksonville in time for the first game of a double header between JU and Rutgers. Mason, Uncle David and I spent a chilly afternoon sitting behind home plate, eating popcorn, and watching the Dolpins fall 6-2 to the visiting Scarlet Knights. Hungry for something more substantial than a hot dog we decided to meet up with Krissy, Noah, and their daughter Taylor for dinner. Krissy suggested we pay Jerry’s Sports Grille a visit. She said they had really good food, but were geared to an older crowd. Jerry’s is located at 13170 Atlantic Boulevard at the end of a brick clad strip mall. We found two parking places in front of the restaurant and made our way towards the plate glass lined eatery. Sea blue letters hung above the front door along with a neon open sign. Someone suggested I go here to check out their wings. And yes, they are probably some of the best wings I've had in Jacksonville. I live right down the road and always thought this was just a bar.
I am so impressed I can't wait to try their other food. I will be back this weekend with the wife.
We were referred here by our front desk manager and we were not disappointed! Our server, Teta, was great and very friendly. The tenders plate is easily big enough for two and the Philly sandwiche was decent.
Plenty of televisions make this a great place to watch whatever sports you want. The atmosphere is family friendly with plenty of tables.

I had the smoked wings and a soup n salad. I came for the wings! They were AMAZING as usual. I sat outside side with my guest and had a wonderful server who predicted our every need! Good times, great food, great atmosphere!
My breakfast was pefect.The homefries are delicious and crispy, good bacon and sausage links. 5th time for me and it is consistently good. Best of all, your food is delivered to your table when it's HOT. I had to give it a minute before i could eat the potatoes😁Staff is friendly and attentive and the pancakes were huge.
This time we stopped in for Breakfast!! Ordered the meatlovers omelet with brunch potatoes had them add onions an cheese to the potatoes. Yum. Excellent portion size!! Excellent service!!!

Pancakes bigger than your plate!
I have heard about Jerry's Grille breakfasts since my youngest son visited my sister several years ago. We finally got to try it while visiting Jacksonville this past weekend and it was every bit as good as he said.
You don't think of a sports pub serving an amazing breakfast, right? But they nail it better than most breakfast restaurants.
Since they use Certified Angus Beef Brand (my favorite) I went with the country fried steak, 2 over easy eggs, and cheese grits. That country fried steak was crispilicious even after being adorned with scrumptuous sawmill gravy. The cheese grits were perfection, not bland and runny like many places serve. The portions were HUGE.
Speaking of huge, have ya seen the Dog House with the pancake that eclipses your plate and topped to 2 eggs any style and smoked bacon or sausage? 3 people got that and it was delicious. I stole a bite of Alexis's pancake and it was light and fluffy. My youngest son got Tony's Big Breakfast, so big it comes on two full sized plates.
The staff were all fun and lively. The place was packed so I expected a wait but the kitchen crew were kicking all morning, cranking out platters of fantastic food. Reasonable prices too, I got the bill for our table and was pleasantly surprised. Place makes me wish that I still lived in Jax so I could go there every weekend.
Absolutely worth the wait. Hope you like country music. It’s playing and it’s the atmosphere. Ribeye steak and eggs was amazing. Over easy eggs were cooked PERFECTLY!! The breakfast potatoes are seasoned deliciously. Place is packed Sunday at 11:30–took almost an hour for the food to come but it was worth it.
Food was decent. Went on a Tuesday, for the first time, specifically for their special, open face turkey or roast beef. Service was good. I will suggest the tables and walls get a good wipe down. Sticky.
BUSY, don't suggest a Friday. There downfall is that you seat yourself. Leads to people walking around restaurant and hovering over your table when your almost done. Food was HOT and delicious when it came to the table, so nothing wrong with that. But should have some one to manage tables.
We've never had anything here that disappointed us. Gator Tail is the best we've had. Pork chops are so very tender. Wings are great.
It doesn't get any better than Jerry's Grille, one of Jax's best kept secrets! Consistently great service with exceptional quality food and generous portions that always allow for leftovers. The chicken parm sandwich and patty melt are my favorites. The patio is dog friendly, which is also a plus! Check out Jerry's - you won't be disappointed.
Classic sports grill. Indoor and outdoor seating, a long bar, and tables of all sizes. Menu is huge. I got a basic burger and a banana bread dessert. Everything was great. I asked for an Arnold Palmer and the waitress recommended one with pink lemonade and it was very, very good.
The best thing was, when I asked them to put on my home town Rams, they took care of it immediately - unlike some other places where they drag their feet and sometimes even act annoyed.

We came here for lunch on a weekday. The restaurant was busy but not overly crowded. The server greeted us and took our drink orders within a minute of sitting down.
Their menu is extensive but not overwhelming. I ordered a buffalo chicken wrap and it was absolutely outstanding. The chicken was cooked and sauced to perfection. The fries were hot and fresh and just salty enough without being overdone.
Overall I highly recommend visiting this restaurant. I can't wait to try other menu items, but it will be hard to do that when the buffalo wrap is so good!
Best kept secret on Atlantic Blvd. They know how to cook at Jerry’s. We’ve had dinner here several times and a few lunches, today we grabbed breakfast there which is only served on the weekends. Have never been disappointed with anything here. If you like pork chops this is the place; they are THICC. You can get two chips but one will do ya. Big portions and everything we’ve ever tried was delicious and prepared exactly as asked. As a local neighborhood favorite it can get pretty busy at times on the weekends. Live bands and a bar that is always packed. Love Jerry’s and will be back many times in the future.
The best nachos ever! The chips we very light and crispy. Service was excellent. Will definitely go back next time we are in the area.
