Best restaurant in mandarin area . It's under new management so everything is better than before . Good food , fast service , friendly service ,and very clean .
Love it. I like the food and you can't beat the service. I give the young couple that own it who work 7 days a week and yes they bring their daughter to work just like we all did back in the old days. That's how children learn a good strong work ethic. As far as the husband making the deliveries and being sweaty. At least he's working hard and doing his own deliveries. I won't go anywhere else because their food is good and it's good to see young people with excellent work ethic to make a living.

The food I've tried there is good.
They need to pay some attention to their counter (first thing you see - clean the front of it)
and pay a little more attention to the restaurant area's general appearance.
Other than that - I recommend it.
Pretty good. Overall pretty good Chinese food. The Beef and Brocolli never disappoints, but I would pass on the General Tso's from Hop Shing.
Only place I get chinense food at, if in area deffintily go there!
The food is 4 stars, if there was another Chinese food restaurant in the area worth eating it might lower the overall rating. The delivery was quick and the portions were plenty. They put enough "extras" in the bag and the food was perfectly hot when it arrived. Overall its better than 4 stars and thats the reason for the full rating.
This is our go-to chinese place since we moved to the area a little over a year ago. Food is pretty good, sometimes its not as good as other times.. Could use some more flavor seasoning, but we've never had any issues. Service is always fast & the staff is always kind.
This is the only Chinese food place i go to. They have great service, their food is always fresh and delicious and I never have to wait long, whether it's pick up or delivery. I've been going here since I moved to this area a few years ago and recommend to anyone in the Mandarin area. There are other Chinese places in this area also, but they do not compare to Hop Shing.
The food was good: fresh, hot, tasty, not just spicy. But the decor was lacking. Customer service was great. Very knowledgeable when i asked questions and service was quick.
For a little hole in the wall Chinese joint, the food is great. Never had a bad meal here. Very fast service and a lot of food for the price

Good customer service and fresh food !!! The new owner is better than the old owner because the food is more tasty . The place is clean and the service is fast . Definite ,this is my favorite place to eat now. I highly recommend this place !!!
Always super fast delivery and the food is piping hot
I don't know why but the people cooking here just know what they are doing. I find the food here taste better than some of the up scale Chinese restaurants I go to. For fast food Chinese you can't beat it.
