Always friendly service. I was so happy they were open after the hurricane yesterday. It was nice to be able to treat myself after a day of stress. I added 2 changes to my drink like after entry like larger... oops and half caffeine and they were so nice about it. Usually I know exactly what I want

Riverside location was a pleasant surprise, clean, spacious inside and outside seating available. Glad they have digital codes to access the Restrooms now. 🚻 Clean facilities, just need some adjustments to the sinks digital water system. It's hard to get it to activate to the On position.
Great Starbucks in Jax! Parking is a chore but the service makes up for it. 5 points store is really a relaxing spot by the waterfront park. Nice team members too.
Went in to get the new blended strawberry lemonade and it was the delicious! All the employees were very sweet and welcoming. Rita (I think I have that name right and if not I'm sorry!) helped me with an issue and was so friendly and professional. Will definitely be back ❤️
This was a very well run Starbucks. The staff were efficient and incredibly pleasant. They even put a little sticker on my cup.
On our way to school, 3 of my grandkids and I stopped here. We ordered 4 drinks and two breakfast sandwiches, everything was delicious and quick. No drive thru at this location but it was very convenient.
Excellent group of people! I needed assistance on my birthday order and the young lady happily provided it. I am really happy with the service I received today. The last Starbucks I visited was the complete opposite. Keep up the great work you ladies are awesome!
Came by for Mother's Day. Wonderful Starbucks, nicest people. It was busy, but things moved along. The cashier, I believe Mia, was helpful and kind, happy to answer our questions and deal with our quirky little group, and the barista was also very nice but didnt catch her name. The store was clean,
