The five stars for this Chili experience goes to Aubrey who was the manager whom I spoke with about an incorrect online order. Placed an order online and then had to call to customize the order and the employee said that she would make sure the order would be changed. When I got home the order had not been done correctly and was missing the rice and beans. My son’s order of chicken and fries consisted of about 6 fries and about 8 little pieces of grilled chicken. Called after we realized the order was incorrect and spoke with the Manager Aubrey. First thing she did was apologize and then let me explain the order mistakes. She gave me an option of a refund or coming back in to get a new meal. Since we didn’t live close by we chose to have it refunded. She also sent a “Dinner on Us” coupon to my email. Aubrey was extremely nice and very helpful. I will return to this location only because Aubrey made it right for us. Very rare these days to speak with a manager let alone one that will do all they can to make it right.
Food was good. Always generous portions. Wife ordered Cajun shrimp past but received chicken. She still liked it. My burger was delicious. Molten laba for dessert!
Food was absolutely delicious and the service was great! It was a pretty busy night, despite that our waiter gave us the best service, and was very kind and sweet. The dish I got was the Smoke House, which includes delicious ribs, chicken tenders, brisket quesadilla, jalapeño sausage, street corn, fries, and garlic toast! Unfortunately theirs no warning or mention of the brisket Quesadilla being loaded with jalapeños, and the jalapeño sausage was not great at all. Despite that the rest was absolutely delicious, definitely recommend it!
Took a second to be seated, but I know everywhere is short staffed. Ordered my usual steak with a half order of shrimp, but made it a 10oz because I was starving. I also just got a salad with it since I'm trying to eat smaller portions, so I nixed the sides. I ordered rare, because no one ever grills it right these days. However, it was spot on. And when the server came up, I said, "Do you know how long it's been since I've had a properly grilled steak? This is perfect!" She was nervous and thought I was going to say the opposite. I enjoyed the salad also. They have a citrus balsamic dressing and it's amazing. I have to take everything out of my salad except croutons, but it's still good nonetheless. My friend also ordered a steak with fries and my daughter had the kids pizza and corn. Definitely a better experience than the local Chili's that are closer to me. Would come back if in the area again.
Friendly and attentive service. Food was adequate, but not as hot as we would have liked. Nice lunch option with a starter + entrée for $10.
I wish I could remember our server's name, but she was fantastic and very good at her job. She handled a table with 6 adults and 3 kids and, some of us had special orders and she took care of us, and everything was perfect!
Everything was delicious. The blossom petals were so crisp and perfect! The quality and quantity were great. This trip was awesome. The waitress was good too.
Kody was fantastic even when it was busy he was on it.. Francesca was extremely helpful and we had such a night . #lovemychilis
Mini burgers were great. Portions were big. Service was nice. Dirty menus though..they were sticking on my hands and as a first impression wasnt good
Great staff and decor for the holidays. All the staff were dressed up for the holidays as well. Their Christmas margarita was good and I liked the serving size of a fountain drink rather than a martini glass. I got the chicken Cajun pasta which can never go wrong at chili’s.

Food was really good! Service lacked a little bit we had to track the server down to get our bill so we could leave... as far as the atmosphere it was good too besides the 2 screaming babies we had to listen to most of the time we were there, but that's not Chilli's fault...
Go to wonderful place to come for byte to eat.. Stop by with the wife to get a little something to eat. They have these 3 for me special. That was great, and a frozen. Margarita drink that was awesome as well.
Food was hot, fresh & tasty. Server was decent, but could have been more attentive by keeping drinks filled, providing extra napkins and checking back more frequently.
Resteraunt was clean and the food was prepared well. The host seemed to be inconvenienced by my presence. They are short staffed like every other restaurant, so it was a somewhat unpleasant experience. But the food was good.
