We visit this location all the time but I felt compelled to leave a review today because Michael at the register is awesome! Great personality and an asset to this store. I hope someone takes notice and commends him on a job well done.

I sadly didn’t get the name of the ladies working here this morning but wow! Very very welcoming environment! I sat here for a few minutes while waiting on my order, and not once did they not greet every single person coming in, even when they are busy either working on a order or taking an order, etc. Definitely my new favorite location in Jacksonville due to their friendly/welcoming environment and outstanding customer service. You ladies should be very proud, it is sad to say it but the kind of customer service you ladies provided is very very rare nowadays and honestly very close to nonexistent so I appreciate you ladies daily hard work and beautiful attitudes towards the community! Fast service, smoothies are always filled to the top and food is fresh and made to order. My favorite Tropical smoothie location. Keep up the great job guys.
I always get great service here, super fun energy in this trop smoothie. I've gotten two free smoothies here thru their rewards app. Ordered one two days ago online & I had something come up, so I wasn't able to pick it up. I called an hour and a half later, and not only was the smoothie still there, but it was cold. Idk if they had kept it in the fridge or if the insulating power of their styrofoam cups is just the real deal, but either way, 5 stars.
This is normally my regular location, seeing as it's up the street from my job. However, today there was a seminar and I ran into one of the representatives on my way to take a break.This lady highlighted my day by asking me if I would like a smoothie & allowing me to select my flavor. Generosity & one random act of kindness made my day so much more better, and for that I say thank you! GREAT customer service exemplifying!
I ordered an island punch at 5:40pm on 6/23 and I don’t know who made it but they need a raise or a bonus. Hands down the best smoothie I’ve ever had! I really hope this gets to whoever made it because they deserve it.
Food and smoothie tasted amazing and the service was so fast. The team was nothing short of AMAZING. EVERY employee welcomed me in and everyone seemed to be enjoying their day which is not my expectation at all. Simply above and beyond crew working at this location.
I would just like to say thank you so much for the two employees that were working April 10th at 3:30pm you guys were so kind and doing the best y’all could given the amount of orders rolling in. There were three customers that came in extremely rude from the second they walked in and I couldn’t imagine how someone could treat people so rudely. Your hard work goes unnoticed and my smoothie tasted great! Thank you both!
This is my favorite place. They are always clean and super friendly. Tony is the bomb with the smoothies. May sound funny but trust me getting a too watery or too icey smoothie is no fun. The food is good as well. If ordering online, calling in or just stopping in the service is always impressive. Like says hello when you walk thru the door impressive.

Phenomenal service, great location, amazingly friendly staff. Try adding Kale to your drink and it comes out amazing. Great place to grab a smoothie for any occasion. A little Cali vibe and lots of smoothie action.
Great place if you love smoothies and the hummus veggie wrap is great. And the peanut butter, banana flat bread is the best peanut butter sandwich i had from a restaurant so far.
I did a mobile order during the lunch rush hour, it was still ready in less than 5 mins. I think the manager lady was very nice and workers did a good job.
The ladies that work at this location know how to blend smoothies. It sounds weird but if you like smoothies, blending matters. The ladies are always welcoming, prompt and, expedient in completing an order. They even have a happy hour at this location until 9am that is a little over $2 off a smoothie per menu price. Definitely recommend, even after the happy hour ends. Plus the points from the app make it an even better deal and experience.
Never have any issues at this location. Smoothies are always on point. Have yet to order food at this specific one, but I love Tropical Smoothie’s wraps. So tasty and many of very reasonably priced.
