Always great subs. This location is is on my way back home from work and it's near a major shipping hub. I would say don't go during rush hour, but otherwise the shop is convenient and clean. The new pepperoni meatball sub is excellent.

I have not had Firehouse in a while. Most locations have become subpar. However, this one is different. they had nothing. i ordered hook and ladder extra mayo no onions. all i got was meat and a slight bit of mayo. not even the lettuce or tomato was on it.
edit: manager contacted and remade the sub a lot better. i am grateful that management cares for its customers.
