Waited a really long time just for an iced coffee but once the women realized she forgot about me she was very kind and apologetic and gave me a card for a free coffee. The workers were very nice. Nice & clean as well.
It could be perfect.. taste delicious because of the ingredients but the Frapp is always extremely watery regardless of what you order.. I like I thick if you know what i mean but its not even just regular its straight liquid with little bits of ice. I was told its do to the hot espresso they put in it. That's a lot of money to not get what you pay for. One day I was looking forward for a delicious Frapp and it was straight liquid that made me so sad.

Visited 7/25 around noon - it seems they were very busy but the girl making the drinks (all by herself) was doing an amazing job. Addressing everyone who walked in, while busting out order after order. It seemed like she could have been pretty overwhelmed but was incredibly positive and friendly. Give that girl a raise :)

Great customer service. I order a discontinued drink regularly. Usually, I need to provide the recipe, via Google to the Cashier. Wish I could order through the Starbucks App, but unfortunately it doesn't work . App says, Not available at this location. But in person, I have ordered this drink without difficulty. This means I have additional wait time to get my drink. Meanwhile, my online App order is usually ready before my drink.
The staff here is always so friendly and always work so hard to get my drink/food out to me in a timely manner, even when they are busy. They are friendly and always make you feel welcome. I often go here to draw/read and enjoy my favorite hot chocolate.
The staff is always outstanding! They make the experience awesome. Supervisor went out of his way to make a dark brew they didn't have on tap. Very impressive.
It's a shame the place cant be remodeled or moved. It's in a bad spot. It seems like it's in a good spot but not when trying to get to it.

I’m a student so I frequent many different Starbucks locations around Jacksonville but this by far is the absolute best one I’ve visited. There is always a warm welcome as soon as I walk in the door and their customer service is phenomenal. The managers and team members are always happy to answer questions and help. Thank you guys for all the hard work!
I absolutely °LOVE° this place. Particular this location !! I , in my opinion , believe this is one of the best Starbucks locations I've ever been too in my life. The people here are so welcoming and kind. I enjoy the presence of the employees here. I'm going to be completely honest, it's not every employee. I come on Wednesdays Saturdays, Sundays & Mondays and the baristas that are working the morning shift on those days ARE THE BEST !!! HIGHLY recommend this location!!! ♡♡♡

This franchise can be hit or miss, because the choices are vast and different establishments have different customer service standards. This location is quick, accurate and always quick to greet you with a pleasant greeting or conversation piece while your making your way up to the register. Starbucks is starbucks, but it's the employees that justify long wait times and sometimes heavy priced items....I am a customer for life.
Everyone was really nice and very helpful. I'm not a regular customer, so they were really patient with me. The woman who served me was just the sweetest woman. I'm definitely coming here again in the near future.
Staff is always super nice. That said, they always run out of stuff and I'm always disappointed when I go for my favorite bakery buys. Their hours also seem to differ than a lot of other locations which is a total bummer because the others are far and thru high traffic areas. WISH they had a drive-thru. Also not available with Uber Eats delivery. Y'all would make much more money if so.
