They use real jumbo shrimp which taste great and the orange chicken wasn’t drenched in sauce, it was perfectly fried. Egg fu young was also good and not greasy. Everything tasted great.
The food here is excellent (for what it is) but the interior is dingy and run-down. The buffet is a good value but the selection is very limited. During the warmer months it's very hot (they leave the back door open) so generally the best way to enjoy China Garden is to do carry-out. Great food and
