food was served hot and fresh. I asked for well done fries and they were perfectly crisp. Employees were working hard and trying to get the orders expedited. Great experience.
I always get the zinger or buffalo chicken strips sandwich it's delicious and I have never regretted a bite. I do not care for the coke free style machines because the drinks taste weird. The sweet tea is good though.
Food is always fresh..however for the last few times I've visited, they have messed up my order...the food is still good though so I don't really complain
My First Time My order was quick service was very Good and food was Good as well nice place to eat.
Always tasty, super fast drive- thru service, and reasonably priced. Never a bad experience and they really know how to cook chicken just right.
12/23 update: have now eaten inside about 5 times. EVERY order has had a problem. Either a meal item was made incorrectly or my order was handed to me in a bag when the ticket clearly says dine-in. The employees seem to be too involved with conversations to be paying attention or just don't care.

There was some confusion at the counter when I ordered and waited. Lady finally saw me standing there and was bagging my order when she asked me my name, started looking for it, walked away and came back only to realize she had been bagging it.
I got a kick out of it and my food was nice and fresh when I got it, still.
(Pro-Tip: If you like a lil' heat - Get the Kickin' Chicken with Nuclear sauce instead of Tongue Torch! Yesssirrrr.
And get extra french fry seasoning and a packet or ranch to dip those guys in. Now that's a lunch!)
Waited for this Zensation salad to cone back so could go again! Only issue we had was I purchased and my daughter and husband were right there with me. I had to go to the restroom and the person that called the number wouldn't give it to him. I don't know if they changed since we've been due to people receiving the wrong orders or what but he came and got me and while he was getting me they had give it to my daughter, so I would really like this addressed. She was at the table with the food when I came out and he came back with me. Food was delicious as always but also couldn't get get grilled chicken had to have fried on the salad which I really didn't want.
Love, love, love this place. Service is fantastic, food is fantastic.
The food and service were great. I used my birthday coupon which was for a free Big Zax Snack. Then got a meal because my son was with me. We ended up bringing home enough for another snack.
