I had a mobile order and waited several minutes at the counter, but nobody acknowledged or greeted me. Finally, I waved and got someone to come over to help me. After that point, they were polite, quick, and helpful. The restaurant was very clean and looked like it had been updated inside recently.
I prefer Popeye's chicken. That being said, KFC are usually on point in getting food out fast. They got me a meal in 3 minutes while, by comparison, I waited an hour for at Popeye's only for them to forget about me and lose my order.

Polite is an understatement! They were friendly, helpful, and accommodating. It was late and I asked for a pot pie, they had none and informed me it would be over 20min. I gladly waited and they were kind the whole time. Made my week!
