Placed my order online for a 19:30 pick up. Got there a bit early but it was ready on time. Food and service quality was great as usual.

Most times when I see something for free it is a scam but the name for a free 6 sub works. And the sandwich is great this was a awesome surprise for the day and would prefer firehouse over subway any day due to the business morales
Seems like a very slow franchise but not bad. I miss the hot sauces (seems much more run of the mill without them).
Stopped in for a quick bite, and was told there’s be a wait as apparently people called out leaving only two employees working. There was hardly a wait as Sarah and Tammy handled everything quickly and efficiently and refused to be rattled by unfairly grumpy patrons - just kept smiling and carrying on! Very impressed by their professionalism, will definitely make this our regular location.
It was very good 👍. Better than the one on Normandy. Easier to get to, the parking is very good. Your place used to be the Gateway Rollor drove. Where I met my husband 50 years ago. So the building brings back memories for me. The staff and food was great. I will be coming back.
I got a burnt meatball that didnt make for a 5 star sandwich but it was good regardless
AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM DON AND ZARIA. They were so kind to fix an order for me with no problem and gave a free drink while I waited for my order! Some hero’s don’t wear capes!
Amazing store has to be the cleanest firehouse subs in the area. The whole entire staff was so friendly and inviting. They greet you when you walk in and are very eager to help. The subs are the best around. I suggest the hook and ladder it's awesome. Store is support clean and great location. Be sure to check it out when you get hungry for a amazing sub.
Boy I must be getting real old .This was my free birthday sub. Just turned 71 on 5/14/22 my blessing . I knew per my grandson who's birthday was in March no longer just show I'd verifying birthday , needed to have the app which I did.,but you have to go in app & complete something to get a code. Thank this location assisted me to do that & got my free sub. Next year will ck for all the rules if they are still doing it. Subs are delicious but can't afford 6 inch sub for almost $8 on retirement income but every now & then.
The Italian is always my favorite! Delicious combo of meats and condiments, warm and fresh!
Everyone was great. Good was good. Atmosphere was peaceful and calm, just what I needed.
The service is pretty fast for made to order. Haven't had a sub from here I didn't like or that wasn't prepared to my liking. I'd recommend this location, can't speak for the others tho,haha.
Thank you guys for picking up the slack for the 103rd location tonight! I love Firehouse & rarely get to treat myself due to the late hours that I work & never take a lunch. I was denied at 103rd since I arrived at the latest 8:50pm...you guys answered my phone call & then my order & allowed me to enter at 9:02pm for pick up & we truly appreciate it! Everyone was awesome & our order was correct. Sorry to keep you guys & promise not to make it a habit
My husband and I went ordered to combos. He wanted peppers added I wanted to change the type of cheese. The subs tastes good but they gave me no cheese and him no peppers. We started eating in the place but a kid working there was sweeping all around us so we left. Good food slightly irritating experience.
