Marcella is a customer service machine! Watching her accurately take in store orders, drive thru orders and answering the phone all while being so sweet and nice is super impressive. I appreciate you Marcella! My food and smoothie came out so fast and perfect. Thank y’all so much!
It was good, but they never have enough of their seasonal smoothies. Summer was not even half over & already they have sold out the summer smoothie, Watermelon Mohito! Now I can only hope it comes back 10 months from now for next summer. Until then, I won't be back.
They are fast. I prefer to use the app. I know technology has a way of disconnecting humans but in this case I think the app allows for such a busy store more time and not be so rushed. Each time I use the app, when I walk in my smoothie and food are done and perfect.
I am at Tropical Smoothie now, after sitting in the long line, I skipped the order window (under the weather), so once I realized my mistake, I started tapping my horn trying to get her attention. This place is amazing. Monday through Friday 7am-9am they do 3.99 smoothies. Friendly smiles. I will be back.
The staff greeted me first thing. They were friendly and my smooth and flatbread sandwich was amazing!
These guys rock!!! Just as I was leaving, the door hit my arm and made me drip my dragonfruit smoothie😥 The manager was driving up and said I look like my day was ruined so she replaced it at no charge! How great was that! You hot a customer for life!
Meal was decent. Smoothies were good. Store seemed clean. We used the drive thru and the manager took care of us. I do feel the price could be slightly better. A $7 grilled cheese was hard to swallow (no pun intended). Either way, we will return because the quality was good enough.
I’ve been coming to this location for two months. Ms Marcela has always treated me with grace & excellent customer service. Thank you Jackson for making the best smoothies as of late! Great respectful staff IMO.
The drive thru was super long, but a great location just to run inside instead of waiting at drive thru. Inside is very spacious and clean. The staff are very friendly as well. I am visiting from Orlando, and my go to Bahama Mama tastes better here than at my home location. Lol
There's a TS by my work and I got there a lot but always have to ask for more sauce. The one I got here was very saucy, I was happy
