9pm manager/supervisor on duty has everyone working efficiently and is organized. Sad to see a lot of people had issues recently our Food was perfect 🤩🥰
Everything was fresh and crispy. I got a 10 piece nugget and medium fries.
Didn't know they charge 30cent extra for drink upcharge. I asked for medium but because they ran out of medium cups I had to buy a large. I don't think I should have been charged for a large drink just because they ran out of cups.
Shout out to the shift working today (7/30/23 @ 12:30 p.m.) Everyone seemed to be having a good time and was very pleasant. It was nice to not be treated like a problem as a customer. I was the one who shouted, "I love you" as I drove away with my Frappe. Hope you see this. Ya'll were awesomely engaging.

I was at the first drive thru line and nobody was taking my order. I had placed an order through the app. I said hello a couple of times and after a couple of minutes still nobody responded on the microphone. I saw that orders in the second drive-thru line were being processed, so I drove up to the window to see if there was an issue.
Juanita was very sweet. I explained the situation to her and she informed me that they were having issues with the headset. Normally, the cashiers will be very rude if you cut the line and go to the pay window without speaking to them first at the speaker with the menu. Juanita was very sweet, understanding, cordial, and professional. She was understanding of the situation and with a joyful disposition helped me to get my order.
When I got to the window to pick up my food, the manager, Avae, was there in her church clothes. She had come in after church to help rectify the issues that they were having. She was absolutely amazing! Just like Juanita, she was sweet, understanding, cordial, and professional.
Avae informed me that she has just recently become manager of this McDonald's in the last week. With people like Juanita and Avae I have no doubt that they will make this one of the most amazing McDonald's.
It was fast, which most McDonald's nowadays it takes forever to get your food, delicious, and the service just made it a perfect day!

Best one out of the 20 around hands down. Best staff, best service, food is always fresh and correct. I always bypass the others to go here. The new manager is phenomenal at his job.
Poor service almost every time I go to this one. The employees have a bad attitude always. Just drive by and hit the next McDonald's down the road a few minutes. They serve up old, cold, hard burgers and fries. This location is garbage
