I will give this store 5 stars, however please clean the parking lot and landscaping areas around the store,
The trash build up along all sides of the Store makes the Store look unkept!

This Is the only McDs in Arlington (5 restaurants) that has Frappuccinos available in the past month or so. That's kinda crazy over a month and supposedly someone hasn't came and fixed 0 out of 4 machines
Drive thru staff always friendly and always smiles or says hello to my social granddaughter. Service is also fast and food is hot.
Came in for breakfast after driving for hours for Uber. I used the kiosk to order, my rewards were applied easily. My food came out correctly and with a smile. I appreciate that after a long morning!

Great customer service. Friendly employees inside the actual restaurant. However, fries are always cold 👎, and the last 2 times I was there, order was incorrect.
All McDonalds are not created equally. This Micky D, is the most consistent I have visited. I usually get breakfast, never have had a long wait, almost always have what I want. I will go out of my way to shop here before I go to another in the area.
Employees change but seems like they all have the same attitude 🤦🏼♀️ Customer Service is a BIG NO for me unless it's Management. Literally had you your order & close the window. Not a Do you need any ketchup NOR Have a good day nothing. Had to ask for utensils & syrup for a HOTCAKES only order 🙄😬🙅🏼
Charles on drive thru was the absolute most kind well mannered drive thru employee I have encountered in years. The young lady at the second window was just as kind and pleasant but I didn't get her name. Kudos to the staff working yesterday lunchtime.
