Great food & service! We eat at the Nacogdoches Jalapeno Tree all the time & I have to say Jacksonville Jalapeno Tree was worth our drive. Our waitress Cindy was so nice, friendly & we could tell she enjoyed her job.

I am on vacation from Colorado and the Tree was the first stop. Delicious as usual and our waitress Lacey was a hoot!!!! The Jalapeño Tree is always our favorite place to eat. We will be back in a month for a wedding and we will be stopping by again...

Yeah, it's a chain but we've yet to have anything there we didn't like. Food is exceptional, service is very good. Always a lot of people but the wait is never bad. Atmosphere is contrived, but still fun and comfortable. Prices are reasonable as well. I absolutely recommend it.
Wife and I were visiting my mom in Jacksonville TX. And stopped in to try it out. Wasn't crowded as it was a little early for dinner. We were seated promptly and chips and salsa and drink order were taken. We had chicken enchiladas and they were very very good and reasonably priced. They have a side section with a sit at it bar and booths as well. Well worth the money.
I ate here while visiting from San Antonio. First off the chips and salsa were so good. I definitely raved about them. I ordered the Tex Ritter plate. And lets just say that I will be ordering it again the next time. Our waitress was very attentive and friendly. Overall a very good restaurant!
Great family atmosphere. Beef burrito was excellent. Others got chimichanga. Friendly service.
Taste is very good, we had both Vegan & chicken dishes and they are delicious. Kids also liked the taste. Definitely recommend to others.
