Delicious food, reasonably priced, incredibly fast service. Our waitress was very friendly I just wish she checked back on us a little more often. Will definitely eat here again

I was in the area and googled “brunch near me” and Avenitas popped up. I’m so glad it did. They have the best pancakes I’ve had in a very long time. The whole breakfast was delicious and the atmosphere is very cozy. I will be visiting again.

I ordered from this restaurant using Grabhub. I got a bacon cheese burger with french fries and a chocolate shake. The burger was cooked the way I ordered it, and the bacon was crispy and the shake was very good. I do recommend this restaurant.
