First time trying this place out and I have to say that I really enjoy the drink but it was a bit too sweet. The sugar should be reduce since the pineapple is already sweet. I Will definitely order from here again. I also tried the curry goat and I really enjoyed it. 08/10/2023- $8 is too much for a small curry chicken with rice and peas. It’s just best to buy the large for $12. Small should be $6.

Visiting from San Diego. Stopped here for dinner. I had the Ox Tails, Rice n Beans, Cabbage with a Pineapple Ginger drink. This is truly down home to the bone cooking. If you pass this restaurant and wonder if they can cook. We’ll wonder no more. It’s the best!

Oxtail stew, plantains, white rice and beef patties, that's it. Every bite made me want to cry because it was so good. Why was it so good? Only thing, not spicy enough for my taste, but it remains personal. From a Congolese-Guadeloupean guy straight from France, I know what i'm taking about when it comes to Caribbean food ! I'll be back for sure !!

Food is always good here.At times there's a wait but it's because the cashier shares food and if she's sharing no one else can cash you out. Well that was then. I just ordered veggie chunks and the entire thing was awful. Too salty and no flavor. Miss G's can do better. No fork either. I normally love ordering from here.

I really enjoyed my food. The oxtails were great. The curry goat melted in my mouth. The beef patties were good too. I enjoyed the fresh juice. The lemonade was very good and complimented my meal. I would definitely recommended this place. It made me rethink my oxtails. These were very tender much more than my own. The seasoning was similar but the texture was much better than my own oxtails.

All I can say wow. Get their jerk Chicken. The pineapple ginger homemade juice is so refreshing. Big bold flavors and juicy tender chicken

So delicious, reasonably priced, and conveniently located by Airtrain to JFK. Medium braised oxtails, and rice and peas with a pineapple ginger drink. Will be back soon!

Love the chicken curry. Long time since I'd tasted plantains, I love them as well. The girl at the counter quite funny and nice. The place nice and quiet.

Good food. This seems like a popular restaurant around the area. Happy people going in and out of the door, ready to taste curry chicken, patties, and other yummy options. Due to the pandemic there is no way in service. 😊

I recently ordered yesterday from G's. It was awesome. I went there for oxtails, yes , it was take out. While waiting for my large order (oxtails, white rice, cabbage, plantains) I was still eyeing the menu. Since it was my first time there, I also ordered, red pea soup as well. When I got home, didn't know what to eat first. So I ate the soup. Mmm, mmm good. For dinner as you know was my large plate. I will go back again to try the rest of the menu. I'm sure y'all already know the goodness.
