The Domino's in Briarwood Queens is a great pizza spot and their staff is very friendly and helpful. Their food is always on point and usually in and out of the store within a few minutes. Also they always have lots of great deals to choose from.

Have never visited the establishment, only online ordering. However, the food is always fresh and hot, unlike other places where it arrives cold. The deals are good, but it is the $5.49 service fee that is a killer.
Always what I ordered and hot like out of the oven. The delivery persons are very pleasant. Moved to Kew Gardens a few months ago and was concerned about finding a pizza place. This is it. I like I can use the app and even order for a later time and it arrives at that time. They are fantastic.
I walked there from Fresh Meadows a few weeks ago to pick up my order. They don't deliver to my location - only pickup. I did have to wait a long time to be recognized at the window and there is nowhere to sit and wait. After receiving my order, I checked and it was all correct.
Service quality will vary with the staff. I go there once every few months and it seems that the staff is always different, which is why when I went there once and witnessed the cashier completely losing it because she couldn't deal with the 5 people in the front, someone on the phone complaining that her order was wrong, and someone else who walked in saying her call wasn't getting through so he came in with the wrong pizza that he received, a few of us took it upon ourselves to try and calm her down. After that day, I simply waited a while before ordering again and sure enough it was a different cashier who seemed to have no issues with a friday crowd. So if you get a bad experience there, just wait it out.
I have done take out at this location multiple times, mostly within 1 hour of closing time. Having said such, they've always been nice to me and completed my order correctly while within 20 minutes, at most.
These clowns who are giving bad reviews should learn how to either order ahead of being hungry, hence prevents the stink attitude, or to walk their fat ass to the place and earn the satisfaction of a trip's hard work with a well deserved slice of pizza.

The ordering process on my phone was incredibly easy and quick. I was able to track my order and for a text when it was on the way.
Now down to what made this a 5 star review. I did the create your own pasta and wow, it was DELICIOUS!! The ingredients were delicious, fresh, and hot. It was baked to perfection and delivered in an aluminum tin to keep it hot.
The pizza we ordered in thin crust with half topping. And it was made just like I asked. The thin crust was nice ans thin. The ingredients were arranged neatly on the pizza and it was baked to perfection.
Now this is what I expect everytime, they've set the bar high! I hope this is the service I give every time I order!
