My friend suggested going to a Jamaican restaurant. We were seated at a table but it took a while before our server came to take our drink order. My friend ordered Jerk chicken and salad and I ordered grilled salmon and salad. We asked to have our salads first but it never happened and the server never came back until our entire order was ready. The wait time for our entrees was long and the salads would have quenched the lag. The food, however, was delicious and I enjoyed the music.
Thank you! I was nervous at first since I wasn’t sure what portion of food I would get for the “mini” size. So to be safe I ordered 6 separate orders of the
the “mini” size. When the food came, we had more than enough. I stressed, it was far more than enough food. These “mini” portions will definitely serve 5++.

Don't nickel and dime me on sauce. Especially if I have a take out order. I get home to find out I don't have enough sauce for my shrimp egg Foo young. When I call learn I had to order additional sauce for 1.00. If you need to raise the price in order to receive sufficient sauce, do so. Don't nickel and dime me. When I order to go, and get home, I need to have sufficient sauce in order to enjoy my meal.
Dining in at Henrica’s is nice. If you are hungry do not order take out, your food is never ready in the amount of time that they tell you. If they say 15mins give them 40 to pick up your food. Other than that their food is great overall.
This restaurant has an amazing menu of savory foods with Carribean & Asian recipes. Also, waitress and service is friendly with a welcoming atmosphere. I had a delightful brunch with my family. For sure to please your palette.
When we can't decide what to eat, this is our family's go-to place! We can always count on the fact that the food is delicious. Like the jerk pork & their soups (depending on which day) or their fusion favorites like the lo mein & the beef & broccoli. Or the staples like oxtail with peas n rice (rice & peas?). Yuuum!
Everything is great except the Mac and cheese. I wish they would read this review. As an islander we do not use craft or velveta Mac and cheese to make home made Mac and cheese. Please please use some better cheese and change the way y’all make it.

Absolutely amazing, food was delicious, drinks were great and the staff were very friendly and polite. Uncrowded and clean, sanitized at the front desk before being seated. Overall wonderful experience, we had a fantastic time and would recommend this restaurant for eating out.
The chicken wings were very good. Crunchy and well cooked.
However, I didn't go inside the restaurant to know about the atmosphere and service.
Love this place. My family& I have been coming here for YEARSSSS! Food is sooo good. Brown Stew Salmon with Rice&Peas and Mac&Cheese is my go to. Never disappoints. Anytime I'm in Queens or LI, I always make a stop here on my way home to get takeout.
I took my family there for lunch. The food was delicious. We enjoyed our meal. The dining area is clean and spacious. Very affordable prices. Service was excellent.
Nice entrance greetings, pleasant and relaxing atmosphere with nice music. The waiters were courteous and helpful with the scanning of the menu bar code. The goat soup was lovely we took a second serving and the red snapper fish in coconut gravey Oh so good. An enjoyable evening.
The service was impeccable. Kevin was extremely knowledgeable and made my friend and I feel comfortable. We will be bringing back more friends. My pineapple ginger with a splash of rhum was what I needed aftera long day.
The seafood medley with Henrica's sauce was was delightful. The Herkimer Salmon is a treasure.
Great ambiance and beautiful decore
I have done takeout at Henrica's many times. It is the only restaurant in Rosedale that is consistent with flavor and the quantity of food to feed my family. Very affordable and they are open for long hours. Check it out if you never tried it.
I thought that he place is set up great, quite nice and would be an interesting location for dinner. Yet, the wait staff wasn't entirely the most vigilant in checking up, they were extremely pleasant and gave room for to have a pleasant conversation all I'm all GREAT Food and a great place to check out here and the menu a couple food dishes and a picture of the booth. Enjoy!
