I always go though the drive though and get good service the workers are truly respectful and nice..thanks guys

I've never experienced an issue here. The fries are always fresh, hot and crispy. The drive through can sometimes be a little wait depending on the day and time but that's normal for fast food restaurant drive thrus.

The food was fresh.. this is one of the best burger King's in queens 196st on linden blvd and 196 and Jamaica Ave

It's hit or miss here. Well done burger 🍔 Sometimes. Sometimes it's not well-done. Management is getting better tho.

Great location with fast service. They've been open even in snowstorms. The food is always fresh here without any missing items. Use the burger king app for the coupons. There's a $1 Whopper coupon every Wednesday and $1 large fries everyday. With the app you can get a meal for two without spending

I personally love this location because it is better than other BK's I've been too. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The store is clean. And the food is not only fresh but hot. I personally always recommend this as oppose to other BK locations to my friends.

This burger king is one of the best ones. Enjoyed everything. Very peaceful and service was great.

BK, still has decent and affordable prices for the same or similar foods offered by other fast food restaurants. The service from the morning lady makes it all the more pleasant.

My regular spot when I come in only you have to tell them what I want clean efficient to get the meal right hold the pickle hold the lettuce special orders don't upset us all we ask is that you let us service your way have it your way at burger king

My last order missed a few items, however customer service by the employees was excellent and the missing food was provided promptly.

This is a clean, modern, and spacious place to eat which is nice because there aren't many sit down restaurants in the area. I truly enjoyed the veggie burger and smoothie. Most of the staff are very friendly. This Burger King is a nice addition to the Eateries in St. Albans and Southeast Queens.

Best service at any fast food was recieved here. Very patient and was very knowledgeable of the menu
