It was a fine experience, nothing out of the ordinary. I was able to get my food but definitely with a wait because this Wendy's does tend to be crowded. And for right now there is no eating in, just pick up or order to go. The staff were fine as well

Once I walked in to order; the atmosphere was nice! Not crowded. Most people wear mask little social distance. Clean with no seating. I ordered and didn't have to wait. "Satisfied"!😀👍

Wendy's has great burgers and chicken sandwiches, their fries 🍟 are also great.. the service was fast and they have the kiosk machines at some locations so if you want to order in person you can use the machine but they do not have it at the jamaica avenue location. They have regular ordering. And

The place is good have good customer service, I always loved Wendy's but their taste completely different. It taste weird. I don't know if it's the same sprite company they be getting their juice from.

This was a great Wendy had some nice employees there even though some were as great but all the managers were good. Food was alright and lemonades taste great

I enjoyed myself. I am disabled, and use a mobility scooter. I was NOT allowed to wait on line to order my food.. instead I told the cashier what I wanted and paid, he gave it the woman filled the order, and another young man found a table for me & he also gave me napkins and any needed condiments..

Slow service but they handled the rush with ease. A lady complained about her chicken sandwich not having lettuce and requested a new sandwich. I prefer Wendy's over the other fast food places. This Wendy's is always busy because of location, so make sure you check your items. Looks clean in restaurant but has a funny smell every time I go.

Good staff, decent food for the price just wish they had a toaster for the buns, all sandwiches come with COLD bread. There are times when you are in and out and there are times when you have a line. But its worth it. The food is always freshly made and done correctly. Need extra sauce? No problem. Unlike other restaurants that make you pay for it. Not over friendly staff but your time there is good
