Coffee was good. Customer services was not so great. I was asking questions about the drinks, lady wasn't very helpful. I'm glad it turned out to be a good drink.
Everyone else is complaining about the rude employees, but honestly the woman behind the counter today was nice. Maybe, because I was nice to her, treated her with respect. I don't know how you can expect to have outstanding employees that are employed at minimum wage. The coffee was also great, much better than Starbucks quite honestly. I didn't have any problems with her or the quality of service. Don't understand the bad ratings.
On 2/1/22 by Gate C66, Term 5 in jfk airport. World bean the Ginger turmeric tea was Fantastic. The croissant great. But, better was the service from Lawren and her 2 co workers. So I was on celll busy- my wife ordered without asking me- Lawren noticed and confirmed with me -super glad she asked. My wife ordered incorrectly and the workers used good sence by asking. I changed to what I wanted and the coworkers were aware of what was going on quickly obliged and I was super happy. Ty to all 3 of you.
