The food seemed fresh and tasted good. The cleanliness was good. The employees seemed miserable. Made it slightly uncomfortable ordering from them. Like you were making their bad day even worse.
Still a good option for reasonably healthy food for a fair price.
It says on their door and online the store does not close till 9pm but yet again its 8:25 people eating in the lobby, he tells me the drive through is close so I was going to go inside and they lock there doors to close early. I get it everyone wants to go home but it's your job to keep the store op
Some of the staff is so disrespectful. I've walked in there a few times and got glared at. My fiancé walked up and was greeted at the door with a rude comment from a staff member "We are out of bread, can't you tell". If I could I'd give this place a ZERO!!! ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING THE WAY THAT THEY TREAT THEIR CUSTOMERS THE LADY THAT WAS MAKING FOOD AND TAKING ORDERS WAS ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE TO THE ENTIRE LINE THAT SHE HAD. I EVEN HAD TO WALK OUT MID ORDER AFTER WORKING OVER 12 HOURS AND I WAS STARVING GOOD RIDDANC
Overall, I love subway and my food is always great however. This subway is always lacking in good customer service. They have several employees that like never even talk talk to you. I went in and the guy literally didn't even say a single word to me while he was making my sandwich.
I've heard cleaner language in dive bars than I did in the music and language of the employees at this establishment. Did not offend me one bit, but I was absolutely embarrassed for Subway, the franchise owner, and the employees as I witnessed customers of all ages walk in and witness said behavior
Service was good workers were polite.
They literally asked me to get out when I got my drink when I asked for it to be toasted they yelled at me the food was good but the employees are horrible
