The other night they were short on delivery drivers. The manager said he would make it right and give me a discount next order. Make my order last night and to my surprise discounted the whole order for me!!! I have been ordering from this Domino's for nearly 10 years! Makes me happy they care about

I ordered my pizza around 8:15p and the delivery was fairly quick but it was the wrong pizza. So I called to let them know and stated will come up there to pick up the re-made pizza. I order from Jamestown Domino's location. Well when I got there I waited about 15 minutes or so and when they hand

Talk to a person that was call the manager he call me bro And dude and was very unprofessional on October 31st at 9:00 p.m. he hung up on me. Because I called to tell him that the pizza he sent was Burnt. As a gentleman a Southern gentleman I May add I was offended . And will deal with this matter

Took money from friends for pizza, then called back and said they weren't going to deliver. Guy on phone said he was manager and wouldn't refund money and hung up.

Very displeased with this locations inability to read orders and fill them correctly. What’s the point of using the app and entering your order as you want it when the staff doesn’t even read it... Won’t be back. Even took a screenshot of my order which confirms my entire review.

In the past two months this dominos has turned really unprofessional an rude I spend alot of money here an with in the last two weeks they won't deliver toy address any more always rude on the phone it was fast an easy for my kids at least jenna is still there to help she is the only one that does
