I give this place two stars because every time I go through the drive-through it’s never a long wait. Other than that I will give it absolutely no stars every time I come the food taste old and soggy or greasy. I will return and ask them to make my food fresh sometimes it comes out fresh other times
My burger was raw as can be. Didn’t even answer the phone when I tried to call to tell them about my experience. 0 stars. Absolutely disgusting.
Went there tonight and ordered $30 in food. Usually when I order from a McDonald's, they screw something up or leave something out or their food is gross. Not this place. Burger was raw. Nice hot pink. I was told they had to make some more fresh meat. I waited and didn't mind the wait. Was given a raw burger and cold soggy fries... Zero stars if I could!!!
Got a vanilla latte from the drive thru except it wasn’t a vanilla latte. Went back to try and get an actual latte and waited 20 mins before just leaving bc I didn’t have any more time to wait! 3 people asked me what I waiting for and then disappeared. The whole thing took about 30 mins I really did
Walked inside,placed my order on screen, staff was all confused on driveway orders, was missing my hash browns. Service was not that great, don't know if it was due to close to change over from breakfast to lunch or what, but definitely not good fast service.
It's all good if they're not messing up your order and make sure you ask for napkins cuz they're not going to give you any
Employees want you to use kiosk exclusively. I'm not quite used to it and the employees kinda act like you're taking up their time if you ask for assistance. But food was great
