The crew working Thursday June 28th after 7 pm was amazing. They went above and beyond. We are vegetarians and these guys went out of their way to make our food. Amazing! Plus we got delicious subs!! Thank you for being awesome!

Last week or so I stopped by to pick up an order I'd called in. When I got to work and opened it, I found that it wasn't what I'd ordered. I called the store to tell them & see if I could get another one later. The individual I spoke with (I'm assuming he was the manager, but I don't know for sure.) asked me where I worked and what I ordered. HE BROUGHT ME THE RIGHT SUB! (which was great because I was starving) I couldn't believe it. Now THAT is customer service! Not only did he bring my sub to me, but he also gave me a coupon for a free sub AND contacted me later to let me know they'd discovered what happened. Another customer had received my sub in error. I swing by there all the time because I've loved Jersey Mike's since college and in my opinion, they do have the best subs around. (Lest you think I received special treatment because of familiarity/frequent visits, I didn't. To my knowledge, I had actually never seen this individual before, which makes this even cooler.) As a longtime customer, I greatly appreciated this phenomenal customer service. Thank you, Jamestown Jersey Mike's, and a pointed thank you to the guy who went above and beyond to fix this! :)
