The food is good and the prices are, too. They often mess up orders, and no one seems to know how to cook a Quarter Pounder, but as an employee there, we work very hard. We do the best we can. And no one's perfect, so we need to give grace. If you just ask nicely, we'll correct it, no receipt necessary. Unfortunately, there are people who request ludicrous things that they didn't order on purpose to get free food, therefore making the situation harder than it needs to be. We are also short-staffed, so please be kind and courteous to the people at the speaker, the pay window, the food window, and anyone else you may come in contact with. It disgusts me how many people come through the drive thru that act like we're not even people, like we're simply outlets that enable them to get what they want. Anyway, employees are generally friendly. If they act like they don't know what you're talking about, it's probably because they truly don't, or they're wanting to clarify that they understand the situation by asking questions. Orders can and do get mixed up, so please be patient with us. The more understanding you are, the easier it is on us. And yes, we alert the rest of the employees when there's a difficult customer approaching :)

service has been excellent last few months!! must be new leaders .? mngrs. or sumthin,? getting the job done well !i even heard 1 of the girls say "good job guys, keep it up"! not sumthin u hear too often @those est. so thank you j-town mcD's for great cust.service w/ job well done!

Fast paced place, all employees were friendly, an very well at there position, seemed like! Plus have a Grandson now employed with them an 1 that use to be.
