The #10 Hunter's Club, #12 Beach Club, & #14 Bootlegger Club are good. Sadly, no chicken options & too many pork options (pork intolerant). I haven't tried their new wraps yet. Order wasn’t even ready when we went to pick up. Got home, order was completely wrong, tried calling and they put me on hold right away for over five minutes. Ridiculous and the worst customer service I’ve witnessed at a Jimmy Johns.

I don't understand the bad reviews. I've been ordering online for the last 6 months and no issues at all. Also when I pick up my order the staff always greet me and that's an A+ for me. I love my Beach Club sandwich.

Not a good experience today. Asked for extra mayo on sandwich & extra mayo packets on the side. Didn't get either of them. Pay attention to your online orders.

I have been waiting over an hour for one sandwich. If I would have known I would have gone and pick it up myself this is horrible!!!

Freaky fast is NOT the case. I placed 2 orders before this one and they took forever. I thought I would try once more. 40 minutes and my order hasn't left the building. Definitely not living up to their company standards which is very disappointing. This will be my last order.
