It was Easter Sunday and we found it was open and my Fiancé and I ate brunch here. It was an excellent breakfast sandwich. Place was nice and clean and a very friendly staff. The soup with Quiona was also excellent when I had had it a different time.,
I came in today and I wish I got the name of the woman making my sandwich (blonde hair, dark rimmed glasses), because she went far beyond what I expected and deserves the recognition. I placed my order for the pick two thinking it was a full sandwich and two sides. When my order came up I noticed the half sandwich on the plate and asked her if I was mistaken in thinking I paid for a full. I was and was fine to move along with just a half, but she kindly added another half at no charge.
All my experiences at this location have been great ones like this. Please make sure your staff, especially this lady in the kitchen, knows they are doing a good job.
5 stars for Janesville Panera. Great customer service and food came so quickly. Nothing like Fish Hatchery Panera.

Shout out to Panera Bread in Janesville today. I ordered a last-minute working lunch online and it was ready when I got there. Panera was PACKED, but I was so happy to see that my order was in the Rapid Pick-Up shelf when I arrived. Thank you!!
They've improved over the years. I wish there were more higher protein options, but they do have some good food anyway. I particularly like the almond milk cold brew coffee, it's a little different and not loaded with calories.
The chicken noodle soup or the broccoli and cheese is my go to menu items. I love the bread bowls. The staff is great and kind to all the customers.

New favorite drink! Mango Yazu! *Caution* This drink is an energy drink with 260 mg of caffeine. For those who can indulge in caffeinated drinks this is mango lemonade. Boost your day with this yummy drink. I learned the hard way and drank this later in the day, sleep was quite difficult, don't advise past noon. Plz Drink responsibly. *Not a Dr., Plz use ur own Judgement in these drink situations. ☺️

I used to order from the counter every time I went, but since then I found that the kiosks are way faster and not at all confusing like some kiosks at other restaurants and you don't have to interact with any live person 😂
I went with 3 people and I used the kiosk last (there are multiple, but other people were using it) and by the time we were all done with the kiosk which took like 5 minutes give or take, the person that used it first had their food and the person that used it second, got theirs around 2 minutes later, and me, who used it last, got mine within 3 minutes of when the second person got theirs.
Being famous for their soups, they live up to it, the soup is always hot and fresh and in general delicious, the sandwiches are good, but panera is not famous for its sandwiches, they leave something to be desired but they are still good I would get them again, as for coffee, they have a ton of delicious selections of hot and iced lattes which you can add pretty much anything to if you wanted to.
The time it took to get seated and get all of our food was about 10 minutes, which I think is very fast, the food is hot and delicious and I would definitely recommend making a stop the next time you are in Janesville, because it will be worth your time and money.
