Ordered hasbrowns at 630 in am. It took like less then a minute to get my food. They weren't even warm. So I went back in n told them. They made me 5 new ones but there were burnt. So wen I seen that I just kept them n won't b going back to that one again

I’m not sure what’s going on with this location as of the past few months they’re always out of everything, staff isn’t very friendly at all and I’ve continually been getting burned muffins like they’re so hard I could throw it and probably break a window…..whyyyy would you ever sell these to custom

Dunkin in Jeannette, PA is on point. I will pull up to the drive thru with a line of cars around the building and I am still out of there with my order under 5 minutes. Great job!!
Staff is horrible went to drive thru waited 20 mins to get a response after saying hello multiple times all because nobody wants to work. Told us where out of everything except 4 donuts then we picked the one they said they had then they said they didn’t have it after they said they did. It’s plain
