I stopped by today on my way back home from a wedding. I've never been to a Hardee's before and it didn't disappoint. The food was great and the two girls working at the counter were very friendly and helpful. They made it an even better experience!
On May 21 my uncle was taking care of me because I’m in a quadriplegic. We decided to order Hardee’s on the app. I ordered chicken tenders and fries and he got a burger and fries. When he arrived to pick up the food they told him their deep fryer was broken. They kept his receipt and wrote his name
Horrible. Waited 20 minutes for subquality food and a trashy dine in experience. Nasty burger that looked nothing like the picture and cold chicken tenders. I'd have asked for a refund, but I don't think the staff is competent enough to give me one... The fries were great though.
Burgers are a sloppy mess. Their prices are a tad high. Drive thru takes forever. Their chicken fingers are great though and they have the hot honey dipping sauce.
Since I had to give it a star I did. But this restaurant doesn't deserve any. Not clean, food was terrible looks like they just stopped it together. I had so much mayo on my chicken it was just terrible. Last 2 times b4 I ate here and got sick was very leary of goin here. Will not return
Went here today and a day last week. Doors are locked and they don't answer the speaker for the drive through sat there 15 minutes and no one responds but there are people inside and it says their open. This place used to be great but the owners let it collapse. I have stopped trying because the food and service is so bad. Seems like they have all new employees every day and they are trying to run under staffed.
So bad! I waited in the drive thru for 25 minutes, the person in front of me was told they have no sandwich chicken, no onion rings, no medium cups. It came my turn to order and low and behold they are also out of chicken tenders! It was absolutely ridiculous!
